So, Kesar used to hate Shakti... from the core of her heart. And why wouldn't she? He was the one who forced her to have multiple abortions, beat her into a pulp, raped her, remarried while being married to her, buried her alive, dropped her son from a balcony causing her to turn mad... all apart from the constant emotional abuse she suffered from day 1 of her marriage.
She shut him out of her life, cursed him, wouldn't let him touch her, or pretty much even talk to her. She built walls of ice around herself, so she could isolate herself from her monster husband.
But now, we see Kesar responding to Shakti in a postive manner. She seems to be forgiving Shakti for his actions. Her whole manner says so, she even assures him that she wants to be with her husband, however he may keep her.
Is it all an act? All part of Pratigya's plan? Or is the ice melting? Is Kesar really forgiving Shakti for his deeds and does she want to start life anew with him? Is it possible to forgive a husband like Shakti?
Also, is Shakti really falling in love with Kesar all over again, or is he simply attracted to her new-found physical beauty?
