Another great episode of PV... but I do have some issue with CVs. In brining the few things to light they really are over looking some basic stuff.
Ok First of all the rude ways of that principal...
It should be in the records of the school that the girls do not have a mother.
Secondly A Head of the school a principal cannot say that the wives of rich people spend time in looking for the thing in store but do not have time to spend with their kids.. That was absolutely wrong ethical conversation I ever heard from the head of the Private school.
Thirdly Payal and Palak must be out of school for many days due to wedding and they should have record of their father getting married recently as they must have taken leave for those absence. (This is optional but most private school do keep those kind of details)
But other than that those technicality the episode was great.
Car ride to the school was kind of endearing with Yash watching Aarti sneeze and giving her tissue. I was laughing seeing only one tissue in that glove compartment kept just for this scene...
Also it was perfect timing how their minds worked on the same issue twice...
1st the status of Girls's grade and then the location of the meeting.. Aarti wanted to know and Yash wanted to tell. That was done beautifully like their minds were synchronized without their realizations.
Ok I have already raised the issue on the behavior of principal so I am not going to repeat myself. But loved the way Yash came and defended Aarti. Also loved the way Aarti is so sincere in becoming their mom in real sense. Not in the sense taking the place of their mother but keeping her promise to be their mother in real sense. Yash was really amazed at her sincere words. She really shut that principal up... Love that about Aarti and her no nonsense ways.
The scene in the kitchen was funny... The way Gayatri was putting all her strength in grinding whatever she was grinding... Though Parhidhi is there to lighten the mood and make fun of her MIL but in actuality I do not appreciate her non sincere ways. There is no sincerity or integrity or honesty in any of her dealings. She totally manipulates situation per her benefits.
She is expert in pulling the wool over her MIL's eyes and actually running away from responsibilities. Her insincere techniques seems to work with Gayatri and that makes Vidhi really upset that her sincere work and dedication could not make Gayatri relax but this smart mouth does it no time.
Now it was really great to see those private moments with Vidhi and Punkaj. Vidhi though wants to spend time with her husband and do want to enjoy as a normal couple but the responsibilities as an elder bahu takes the precedence over all. She has been so much put under the pressure of maintaining the status of the family that to keep the ball running smoothly in such a huge household her husband is the least she is concern for. She has been trained by Gayatri to keep everything in the mind except spend time with her husband. She has been so much brained washed by the Sr Scindhia to maintain the family traditions that she has no time for husband... She is the DIL first... than the care taker of the whole family... then the mother of her children.. and when the time comes to spend few moments with her husband there is no time
So she watches these two new DILs and their behavior.. and she still has no time as Aarti is busy with Ansh and Paridhi with her manipulations and she in spite of getting two new assistance in the house still has to maintain the household the same way she used to do before them with added responsibilities of maintaining the peace now with new family addition. She was taught to make the priority of the family her first concern and in that she is neglecting her husband and making the mess of her married life. Where as Punkaj does try to seek her companionship but he has not time to get involve himself with little day to day activities with Vidhi. So there is clearly lack of communication and understanding between them. Punkaj should have offer to help their son with the project to make that time available for Vidhi. Vidhi is trying to super woman and run around doing everything for everybody except her husband as he is the only one who would understand her but alas he also is upset with her...
Where as Arpita also was such a busy lady but Yash found the time to be with her in the kitchen while she was making dinner for girls or like when she was ironing his clothes. She was a busy lady too but her husband spare time and was with her while she worked so he got involved with her per her schedule. There was a companionship between them which lacks in Punkaj and Vidhi. Also I think being the older Punkaj is under more pressure from Pa Schindia then Yash or Pratik.
She needs to sit back and give the responsibilities to the respective DIL so that her running around will be less and she will be able to spend time with her husband. Yes I do feel bad for Punkaj and Vidhi but some one needs to give them break. I think Paridhi should used her manipulation in that good work..
Pratik and Paridhi are still young. Paridhi tries to manipulate the situation and now Pratik also encourages her to do so... So now Paridhi will also be busy buttering up her MIL and it will be like Pratik will follow the suit of Pankaj and will be put at the second place by his wife as he would not be the priority for her. So I am not sure what is going to happen to these two...
Love the conversation at Schindhia family room. Gayatri starts the conversation about Payal and Palak's parent meeting in school taking pride in outwardly things like good grads and the way of their upbringing indirectly trying to prove Aarti wrong with her dealings with Ansh...
But Yash had to bring the issue out in open and say that girls were pretty reserved and did not play or communicate with other girls of their age. They were aloof (like their dad???)
And fought with other girls... That was like a slap to Gaytri who was puffing like a balloon few minutes earlier. Pa schindhia understood the psychological problem of the girls and said it was not good for the girls. While Aarti pointed out the root cause and said boldly that there is no problem with the girls but with their upbringing. That was like a huge statement with this uptight Schindhia but it was right. Gaytri instantly took offence and so did Yash as it was like totally against the ethics of his household. As it was a direct attack on the morals and principal of his parents.
I may be wrong but I have a feeling that Pa Scindhia will agree to what Aarti says and he will give the permission to Aarti. Though he did not say a word but he listened to what Aarti said and I think though he is the one who keeps every one under the pressure to behave and maintain the status but at the same time he is very astute and he knows that this problem could escalate in a serious situation and Though it is too early to say but I think he would rather trust the judgment of Aarti than Gayatri but I think he would agree...
I am not going in to the details about the issue that Aarti could have phrased her suggestions differently. Well this is Aarti in real sense there is no nonsense and direct approach with her and she goes to the root cause right away and try to put her sincere efforts to resolve the situations. There is no manipulation or cowardliness with her.
And there is integrity and honesty in her approach. And that is the main difference between her and other two DILs.. Paridhi is just a manipulative lady to benefit her cause only and Vidhi has no spine to stand for the right thing.. But Aarti is opposite to all of them.. She is unique and she is sincere and honest and daring and does not back down in front of difficulties or any tough situation..
The precap is funny. The little Ansh works as a catalyst between Aarya and takes away that awkwardness between them and puts them on a spot to react... Though I do not agree all the time with his behavior but will have to confess that he is much wiser and has a great understanding than the boys of his age... He is too direct and there is no charade in him..
So let's see how Yash comes out of this situation..
