This has been on my mind lately for quite some time and I thought that it would be best to post it here where there are loads of international fans of Raghav as well as fans in India.
As you all are probably aware I am a huge fan of Raghav. I can't believe I'm still fangirling at this age (only 19, lol) but I've genuinely come to really admire and respect Raghav for the talent and person he is. The only other person I've felt this towards is Shahid Kapoor lol but Raghav seems to be my new found obsession! Anyway, a recent facebook post on Raghav's fan club sparked this idea and I wanted to put this idea forward for suggestions and some collaborative effort that we could perhaps all make as fans of Raghav?
I recently read the facebook post on Raghav's fan club about DID wanting fans of Raghav at the grand finale. Unfortunately I'm an international fan from London hence I am aware this doesn't really apply to me and speaking realistically it couldn't have even happened. However, I was wondering if there's any sort of email address where we could perhaps write to Raghav and where he could respond personally? (like fan mail) Just to show our appreciation and admiration for the talent and person he, as it's difficult to do this on facebook when he has thousands of fans and where it's so open.
If not emails, I was thinking as a group we could do something for Raghav such as a fan video with all our messages or even send him a gift collaboratively. I'm a member of the Shahid Online forum and people there have done loads of stuff for Shahid's birthday and it's been such a success that it's even appeared on newspapers. For example, we've sent him an engraved travel mug (as he loves coffee lol) an evil eye bracelet (he wears this all the time, it's black beads and you can see it in several pictures) and recently they got a real celestial star named after him.
I know all these ideas must be sounding really farfetched at the moment but it doesn't have to be to such extents to be honest. If there's any talented vidders amongst his fans, we could start off with something like this? As a starting point, I'd really like to actually write to him in hope that he could read and respond but I'm not sure how to do this or even where to do this as he doesn't have a fan email address or anything of the sort I know of.
Anyway, let me know your thoughts people. Just a question that was bugging me about how international fans could interact more as we get very limited opportunities compared to others, hence thought I'd ask. Apologies if I seem too over enthusiastic or crazy lol.
