As Jai Walia retraces his steps backward from the hospital room and sits on the steps wearily, he throws an anguished glance at the statue of Lord Ganesha and broods over his cursed fate. The heart wrenching, soul stiriing Aalap, the Jiya dhadah dhadak in the bg, the pain dripping from Munna's eyes and his voice drenched in pain - ouch! And when Munna actually sobbed like a baby, his hands covering his face and like it's all over, there is no hope left, I actually cried with him. My father was shocked "Ek Tv show ke character ke liye aasoon?" He turned to my mom and Shock! She was in the same boat! Poor father simply shook his head and went away 'Gone cases'! And we shook our heads and said in unision "MEN"! It is really heart breaking to watch a man and that too an aged 4o year old man weeping, in the full glare of the public. Ouch me Munna! The grey hairs add to the pathos.Does he still need to be punished for a mistake he unknowingly committed seven years ago? I am glad Papa Dixit (Who I am convinced is a crook) left it to God. God has already forgiven Munna else he wouldn't have brought Bani in to his life. Just a matter of time before everything gets ok. Ram Kapoor and the KS creative team, awesome! You are touching the right chords. Keep it up and don't mess it.
Mausiji! I love this woman. BTW how did Jiggu come to know where Maisiji is? It doesn't matter. Just watch Mausi's face when the moron Doc gives her the good news. It must be such a wonderful feeling to have the little boy you carried in your arms is now going to father his own baby! Mausiji, ab yahin pe dera dal dena. The baby would be so lucky to be brought up under the care of Mausi, Munna and Bani. The baby will just rock.

Even sillier Jiggu goes to meet Papa Cobra to enquire about Roshni. How silly. Use the phone. But this way we got to see Pa Co and his stinking beard, who I think is deeply involved in the murder. Gosh Papa Cobra, tell me why did Mama Cobra give you that 'You dirty dog' look? I am dying to know. Maybe because she discovered you were not an insaan but an ichchadhari snake? He says Cobra ahs disappeared. Nah re ullu. You don't know the breaking news? Yesterday night, Sandy Bhalu and your Cobra were caught by the zoo authorities. Cobra's now in the snake park and Sandy Bhalu back at his cell in the zoo. Tub hi bhaag re QTM (Quarter taklu maharaj) before you are caught and they pollute our zoos.
I love this scene when Jiggu comes back and the nurse with the extraordinarily long ear drops tells her Amma has already been discharged.Jiggu is furious but she puts on a huge plastic smile and thanks the nurse!Super!Gosh! So funny.When Mausi and Jiggu are in the hospital, a guy with patti on his head supported by another, comes in and a violet and orange shirt are shown going somewhere. When this scene ends, these guys are repeated.Haan bhai kitne extras ko hire karengen.But nice attempt.Not easy to convert a sprawling mansion in to a hospital.
Allah! Ye Walia mansion bhoot bunglow hai kya? Na jane kahaan se appropriate photographs, woh bhi laminated, aa tapakthe hain? Bani and Kiran look cute together. Striking resemblance. The kid playing Rano is so cute. After Kiran feeds her the unfortunate noodle soup, aww the kid actually puts her hands together. Cho chweet! No no Bani don't pack the photograph. Show it to Munna. I have a feeling the lady that died may not be Kiran at all. Munna please look at the photo. That would be cool. That would prove beyong doubt that Papa Dixit is a crook amd my Munna as innocent as a new born! I have nothing against Kiran but why did she have to stand under that lamp post on that fateful day? Maybe she was not. Maybe she was killed already and it was only her body there?I hope they make a good murder mystery out of it. Wahtever I hope my Munna is innocent which I am sure he is.
Whay does Jigyasa hate Bani walia? Because Bani Walia is the first creature on this earth to have proved Jiggu wrong in every aspect. She has a particulat image about orphaned middle class girls. It hurt her ego to find Bani and her sisters a stark contrast to her preconceived notions. When this girl who according to Jiggu is not worth even the dust of her high heels saved her daughter's reputation, it was such a blow to her ego that she could never forgive Bani. In her quest to bruise her burned ego, she can go to any extent to prove Munna's trust in Bani false and thus herself right, not even pausing to realize that in so doing she is only hurting her own and sinking lower and lower. And hence she spills the truth of the JB relationship to a stunned Mausiji.
What do I say about Mausi? She just rocks. I knew her as Bhadki in 'Humlog, I think. She was excellent! I have always liked her. Yesterday, she was superlative. Actors like her and Ram Kapoor become the character. Their eyes, body language, voice modulation everything is in sync with the role they are playing. Pay attention to the way she enquires of Bani "Ye sab sach hai". It's not a question, it's not a statement, a sentence uttered in the knowledge that it's true yet hoping just a wee bit that maybe it isn't. Bani simply bends her head down. And gosh Jiggu! Look at that ghoulish pleasure on her face, as she smiles in great anticipation at how Musiji's going to tell bani off. O lord! If only she realized how much torture she is putting her loved ones in to, all for the sake of destroying a helpless girl.
Mausiji is irreparably hurt, devastated. Eyes full of tears, she says brokenly that her chhota sa Munna had been only play acting all this while. Awww no Mausi. Your Munna and his Bahu are morons. They love each other madly. They didn't fool you.They only fooled themelves.Please stay back.Don't go please.Chhota Munna, I wish you had made your Mom faint now. With that hurt rejoinder that they have nroken her trust, she walks away. I don't know what to say about Bani. Even in this condition whe she's equal to a piece of stone, she feels Mausi's dard. She stares at Jiggu her eyes questioning her inhumanity 'What were you doing?'. Jiggu turns back, unable to face Bani's eyes and probably feling guilty offers an explanantion in her usual bombastic way "Aise kya ghoor rai h?Pehle se hi mausi ko pata chalna hi tha.Maine ab bata diya.That's all."!
This actress playing Mauisji rocks.I wish I knew her real name.Though she will always be Bhadki to me.
I was disappointed that the first one to break the news to Bani about her condition was not Munna. But I was hoping that maybe Mausiji will do the honors. But Jiggu? But when I saw the scene it struck me why they chose Jiggu to break the news to Bani and gosh! What ingenuity! Brilliant KS creative team!You rock. I cannot praise you enough! Too good!See it's like this. If you want to highlight white, put it on a black surface. You want to highlight Bani's pathetic condition, juxtapose her next to Jiggu. Look at the two women. What a contrast! One is malicious vindictive and is in the seventh heaven because she fancies she has finally got the trump card. What's more it's the happiest day of her life since she has discharged all her responsibilities. The other has just lost everything and on the brink of a nervous breakdown. In one jhatka it all got over even before it started. One is deacked to the T with jewels and loud and noisy, hurling unfounded and cruel accusations while the other has shed all her Jewellery, all her hopes and going nowhere from nowhere. As Jiggu mercilessly batters Bani emotionally, drawing blood, Bani is so emotionally drained that he cannot even react. Her expression shows that she is incapable of understanding or reacting; she just cannot understand what Jiggu is talking about 'What is this woman saying? Ouch my head's hurting'. I wonder if the enormity of how much Bani has been affected by the raaz would have been this obvious had this Jiggu-Bani confrontation not happened and say Munna or Mausiji or the moron Doc would have broken this news to her?I think not.Well done creatives. The dialogues were bang on, the bg was good and excellent piece of acting from both the ladies. I am overawed by Ashwini. Is she the same woman who played the very dignified and subdued Inspector Asha in CID? Gosh woman! You rock! I love the way Jiggu goes Wawwawawwaa and her awesome hand gestures. Of course her attire like Komalika's is getting boring but what is Jigyasa without her chudaily get up. I like her this way. Just pay attention to Asha's voice modulations as Jigyasa jeers at Bani, her back to her "Ye kya suna humne, aap maa banne wali hain? Pregnant hain?" Such malice, such a cruel relish as her lips pronounce the heart curdling words. And then when she explodes in to fury, demanding who is the afther of the baby and saying nasty things about Bnai's character. Here's when you come to know how much Jigs has it for bani all because Bani has proved her wrong all the time.Asha you simply rock! Kudos!
Jiggu has gon one step far too many. Enter my desi Rambo. He spins Jigs around and Bahm!!Slaps her hard!Gosh!Did I LOVE IT!Did I savor it! The wild cat richly deserved it! It was worth watching her face! Way to go Munna! I just love you!
Everyone hereabouts knows I am a slap lover. Needless to say I was full of glee when Jiggu got slapped.And I am psychic when it comes to a slappy episode.I may not even be watching a particular serial but if a particular episode has a slap, I somehow manage to catch it! Slap phillic!Nah I don't endorse domestic violence.If it happened in real life I'll be the first one to run away from the place.But on Tv- it's the ultimate!I was in ecstasy when the hat trick happened. There is truly something lovely about watching somebody (especially if that person is deserving of it) getting slapped! And I think Munna takes the cake away when it comes to slapping and kissing! Gosh! Thanks to cutelady(I love you dear!You the best!) I was watching the C scene, gosh!What an incredible kisser this man is. If I was Bani and had to take a decision about him, I'll at least consider the fact that this man, whatever his faults, has no competition when it comes to kissing! Well! Look at the superb way the slap was executed. He arrives like a huge atom bomb, swirls Jigs around and gives her one tight slap; firm, decisive, hatta katta like his former self(Aww my poor baby. Lost so much of weight) and Gosh! The slap's impact is so great that Jigs' left ear ring actually came off.Ouch!It must have been very painful; earring being ripped off- Gosh! Did Ram actually slap Asha?It looked like that. Or maybe the editing was so good that it looked like Ram actually slapped Asha.I just loved it.High time the wild cat got some sense driven in to her vile brain though I doubt if it's possible in this janam. Look at her eyes, after the slap.Hey she's not angry at her Bhaiyya.Before leaving the place, she glares at her Bani Bhabhi?How fair is that?Gosh if looks could kill, Bnai would have been vaporized by now!
Now Munna's dialogue here is food for thought. He screames "Tumhari himmat kaisi huyi mere bachche ke bareme aise bolne ki? Get the hell out of here." Gosh! He actually used obscene words? Gosh Munna! At least not in front of chhota Munna! Jigs was here making a scathing attack at Bani's character.Then why did Munna talk about his child? Agreed Jiggu kept calling the child as somebody else's paap but funnt dialogue.Came out of the blue and not quite related. But when Jiggu is gone and his eyes fall on Bani, look how all his anger melts and his face softens.Ram Kapoor you are awesome!
BTW don't grudge my Munna for the slap.He didn't think what he was doing.The slap was spontaneous and as natural a an apple falling from the tree and dropping on to the ground.Remember, he too just had a nervous breakdown.

Dazed completely, she walks down the stairs like a zombie and sits on the sofa.Munna from the top of the stairs. Looks at her and joins her. Gingerly, he tries to place his arm over hers.She automatically moves her hand away.munna just looks at her and traces his hand back after some hesitation.I wish he had just grabbed them and poured hisheart out. As a tear trickles down Bani's cheeks, Munan forces himself to speak and says something that made him rise in my esteem all the more.This guy is very staright and very honest.Till date, he has never said he loves Bani because he doesn't. We know he does but me Munan is a duffer you see;mt chweet tubelight ko baat derme hi samajh aati hai!So he has not yet been able to place his feelings for Bani.And he makes no bones about it. He tells her their marriage just happened and the bond has been sealed. They hardly know each other but unwittingly she has become his ardhangini;wife.For him, every relationship has a meaning only with her. He means that what he feels for her is even greater than love. This stirs Bani to action.She gets up abruptly and moves away.Munna stares at her.
The dialogue was super. Prachi, you have to win the ward this year.Youa re just awesome.Paththar ban gayi hai. Gosh this is bad news.Emotional shock can be harmful for the child. Munna you have to take care of her. It's so ironical that in this condition the only person who can offer succor to her, who can understand her is that bvery person who is responsible for all her pain and suffering.The bg-what do I say?The hawa hawa and thunder sounds at regular intervals.I think the bg is very important to make the audience get the feel of the situation.This one's aclincher.You can feel a storm brewing both inside an doutside the characters and the walia mansion.You can feel the tension. You can know already that it's going to be a great scene.One of the most explosive scenes of KS and obe of th best performances ver from Ram and Prachi. Good.Cannot wait for Monday.
Hmmm.What was the intention of the scriptwriter in maing Munna the bachcha dialogue to Jiggu?? Note Bani's expression when Munna says this.She looks at him; mixture of shock and surprise'he said mera bachcha?' All this while, incapabale of any emotion now shows the first signs of life in her. If he had said something like say"Tumhari himmat kaisi huyi mere biwi ke bareme aise bolne ki?" then would the impact have been the same?Would it have penetrated in to Bani's brain because this wouldn't have been the first time he has risen to her support. But "Mera bachcha" stirs her back to life.I think it was only then that the truth sunk in, that she is pregnant with the child of her mom's murderer. Also probably they want to create mis-understanding in Bani's mind that her husband wants them to be together only because of the child.O gosh what a tragedy. I hope there's an emotionl outburst in which Munna makes a clean breast of all his feelings.It doesn't matter if Bani doesn't acknowledge the same immediately.At least she will know wht Munna feels for her and when she's in better control of her emotions, she can spare a thought to what all he said and then take a decision.
So why did Munna utter this bachcha dialogue and why the last scene?What is his intention?What are his thoughts? How has Bani's pregnanacy influenced him?To what extent?I think when he went away from the hospital, he sat in some calm place and did a soul searching. He must have then come to the conclusion that his life is incomplete without bani and his child. Maybe because Munna knows the value of parents and afamily.For years he has been yearning for a family.He is as much confused and shocked as Bani but he is very clear that he will at least try to keep his family together.Commendable.He wants Bani as the mother of his child.It's as simple as that. Bygones be bygones.He cannot let bani go now because till now, before the child came in to their lives, there was hardly any thing to bind them together, save the basic trust and understanding between them that has now been shattered. So if she chose to leave him, he couldn't very well have stopped her.But now it's different.Theer is living proof of the bond that exists between then, now visible to the naked eye.My Munna, a man of action now cannot let Bani go away, he can give her the vastha of their child and moreover I think he is also trying to fulfill his responsibility w.r.t Bani.She is now the mother of his child.He knows in the heart of hearts that she too cannot be happy by leaving him.But ia m sure my moron Munna will utter some nonsense and make it seem like all he cares for is his child!Gosh Munna!
Bani does not and cannot hate Munna now or ever!If she did,she wouldn't have tried to leave the house. Remember what she said inside the Sandy Bhalu haunted Mukesh Mills"Aaj ke baad aap meri nafrat dekhengen."And yet she chose to leave him and goa way instead of staying back and make hi quail under herhatred?Nah Bani can never hate my Munna.She is hurt.Irreparably.Shocked beyond belief.Pain and the shock has numbed her but Munna's every word is going to make Bani relive all the pain she has endured because of him and Ouch My Munna!But I will be glad.At least she won't be bottling it all up.
I can now see why munna is a good business man and why he will make a goood husband and a great father. He takes instant decisions and he will go to any extent to set his relationships right.I am glad he initiated the confrontation with Bani.It might seem a bit early but the situation is so potentially dangerous and bani is in such a state that it's a very wise move. I can see a great emotional outburst from Bani.But I hope she doesn't leave the house but stays till she is more I control, physivally, mentally, emotionally and then takes a decison.Though the poor darling is in such a pitiable state.She needs Munna;the man to take her in to his arms and make her come to terms with their reality.Munna acted very mature today.I am so proud of him. With Mausiji too ruthi huyi and probably packing his bags,it falls upon his shoulders to handle the present situation with maturity,understanding and sensitivity which I think he will.Where is Aditya?please come back.Munna and Bani need you desperately now.
BTW I think if they put their mind to it,they can make a classy first rate murder mystery out of the Park road accident.Why wasn't Kiran's picture shown till now?Munna has seen only Papa Dixit's photo.So maybe the lady wasn't Kiran at all?Hmm.I hope so.Let's see. Ram Kapoor's expressions-I was not able to place them.In the last scene, Munna what did he look like?Guilty?Ashamed?Drained?I think Ram Kapoor meant munna to look like he is emotionally saturated but quite decisisve about his wife and child?I think when the entire scene is aired on Monday, I can make out what exactly Munna's expressions mean.
A super episode and every actor has put in his salt's worth.I am speechless about the creative team.Great job.I am sure Monday's going to rock.A very painful period for both J ad B but this also will pass.Amen.
