I think the point of Neha being quiet was that she was really shocked and for her to not talk like that is going to make Vikram realize how upset she is about the situation and how its affecting her because she normally talks so much. And she did seem a little down when she came back and Priya asked why they came back so early but I don't think they were going to have that conversation right then and there because Vikram himself doesn't know how Neha feels yet.

But I think they're going to come back to it. I don't think he kept her identity a secret, it just never came up. They're probably going to keep it on the side and keep building on it until the whole Natasha thing gets resolved, and then come back to it and make RaYa help them deal with it. It's just going to be a misunderstanding between Vikha because from Harry's personality, it seems that she is just going to be really good friends with him and Neha's probably not going to like that or think it's more than it really is.
