Anyone get what this Purab Pacchim theme meant in today's show? All the songs performed seemed to have western tunes and there was nothing eastern about them, though Shantanu stated that they would be eastern tunes with some western tadka. Yet all of them were western tunes with some western tadkas

I agree with you. The songs had no touch of western. They sounded exactly the same to me.
