Hmm...suicide...I never considered that possibility but it would be even more interesting than murder! It makes sense too, since she was talking about the possibility of her death to Yash. Instead of disease, maybe she was planning to kill herself for some reason.

I hope it wasn't suicide, unless it's because she was suffering from some untreated or unnoticed depression or such. And even if that's the case, I don't need it to be because she wasn't happy with Yash or their marriage wasn't as happy as he remembers it.

I really don't need to see Yash/Arprita lessened or tarnished just to make Yash-Aarti more "legit."

I think it's likely that it was due to an illness or an accident, but one that is tied somehow to the Scindias--especially Gayatri. And Yash isn't aware of this.

i hope they don't show that.. i mean make it something most of us can relate to... but if she was murdered, it would've been by daddy scindya with mommy scindya as an accomplice or witness but had it erased from her mind with the help of therapy; therefore, the name BULAKAR (forgetful)...

I bet she was murdered by Mrs.G and forgot all about it in her bhulakhad ki beemari mein!

All jokes apart, Aprita's death actually has no relevance to the story now. And we really don't need to know how she died either, it was in the past and her death is a closed a chapter. We will get to see only a few memories from Yash's side.
