12TH JULY RERUN UPDATE

Mallika tells armaan that jassi is being spreading the news all over GM that she has become personal assistant to chairman, her friends are throwing a party and they were celebrating at the powder room. She also references that Jassi had said that she would discard pari from her job. Jassi stands still with tears in her eyes. Armaan tells jassi to go to her room. Armaan starts in disagreement with mallika. He tells her that Jassi deserves the post as she is more efficient that Pari. Mallika denies, she says that armaan or any manager wasn't allowed to take such big decision without informing the board. Armaan says that he knows the rules and that she didn't require reminding him. He then pulls Pari out who was eaves dropping. In an angry manner he asks her as to why she keeps on peeping through the door, she should come in and listen. Armaan tells Pari that she is unworthy, once was given a duty which she failed to fulfill and wasted the time in romance, she had not done one single good thing after being appointed to GM. Pari tells armaan that Jassi had no right to talk to her like that as she was not only an employee but mallika's friend too. Armaan informs that he would talk to jassi about the matter. After Pari and Mallika leaves he calls jassi and starts shouting at her. He says that Jassi was so impatient, she had no faith on her boss therefore she had spread the news all over when he ordered her not. Jassi as usual gets no chance to explain.

Nazneen comes to know from Mathline that Armaan was scolding jassi badly. Mallika tells trishla to call Manchanda and arrange an administrative meeting quickly. Jassi at last gets a chance to explain to armaan what happened. She tells his that she didn't say that she would fire Pari from her job neither she attacked her verbally. She said that it was Pari who called mathline fat cow and jassi a chashmish, thats why the girls got enraged and showered slang at Pari. Jassi pleads to armaan that he shouldn't punish her friends because they were just trying to protect her. Armaan asks her that how did they come to know about her promotion, jassi says that she had told them about it but she had warned them not to tell anyone but it slipped out of their mouth. Just then jassi gets a call from manchanda for the meeting and she leaves immediately for the boardroom. At the boardroom manchanda, mallika and pari are on one side, jassi and the gang is on the other. Mallika says that as Jassi is being spreading rumors all over GM about promotion so she should be punished. More over she attacked Pari verbally and threatened her therefore mallika tells manchanda to remind them the warnings. Manchanda says that if they were seen partying in office hours, not in desk by 9 then their salary would be deducted. He gives warnings to jassi too to which the girls get irritated. They protest saying that, jassi has done nothing, and it was pari who was making up stories. Just then Armaan enters. He says that he could listen to their screeching from his cabin so he came into the boardroom. He tells manchanda that if the girls were being punished because they called pari with names them pari should be given the same warning and her one-month's has to be deducted as well because she is always late for work. mallika says that it was unfair and armaan was taking jassi's side to which armaan says that what is wrong is wrong and the rules at GM are equal for everyone. He says that if jassi and gang deserves a warning then Pari deserves a warning too. Then Armaan says that he will give last warning to all of them and if next time such disturbance happened then action would be taken. The board is satisfied so is jassi. Before leaving armaan tells manchanda to create a memo that Jassi is no more a secretary but his assistant. Pari is all red, she goes to Gulathi and informs him what something has to be done fast to throw the chashmish out of GM. Aryan calls Gulathi and asks him about the sale figures of armaan. To which Gulathi says that he had no clue as jassi handles everything and now she had become the assistant. Mallika tells pari that jassi is getting too over confidant and she would trap her some day in such a way that she would run away from GM.

jassi is happy. She is jumping with excitement. She decides that she would say thank You to armaan. Armaan tells jassi to bring the file of their plan and jassi goes to him empty handed. She keeps on staring at him and smiles. Armaan asks her where was the file and jassi lands on a hip of straw, she runs again to get the file. She curses herself for not even saying thanks to her dear boss. Jassi tells armaan that sale figures weren't too high and it would be better for them to hide from the board. Armaan is strained. Raj says that these sale figures have started to haunt him in his dreams too and he dreams in percentages. Armaan orders him to be serious as they have only two days for the meeting. Raj says that there is only one way out they need to change the sale figures and show them to the board. Jassi is shocked out of her wits. She says it wasn't right and how can she do it but Raj tells that its nothing wrong they were making some adjustments in the report thats it. Jassi is speechless and stares blankly.
