Yeah, Anandi going to Mumbai is highly possible - she's still worried about what was the loud noise she heard before G's call got disconnected and couldn't contact J either in the 3rd April episode.

There she'll come to know about the miscarriage and maybe she'll console J, while G will put all blame for the accident on both of them. J will slap her (!) and put some sense into her mind. 😆

I don't think A will convince the dean though - I think J will move back to Jaitser with Anandi and then return after an year to just give his exams...but will work in Jaitser's hospital only.
