She is calling him a Dhokebaaz cos he has cheated her by withholding his love from her, by not confessing or admitting that he cares for her...She has been after him to admit it for ever.

Faraq Padta He Kyonki onwards, in fact. Then the scene in which Arnav thinks that Khushi has met with an accident, the chudi scene where she kept on asking why he bought it for her etc

I think she is riling him into admitting that he cares.
