The act was far more than enough for Khushi to understand "WITHOUT ARNAV'S ACCEPTANCE" that he was definitely blurting out his own feelings.
Personally in my opinion she shud have left it feeling happy within herself that finally he is coming out. She has earlier experience several times how Arnav reacts when he is asked about his feelings. She can sit back relaxed that eventually ARnav is gonna come out with it soon.
Besides, I simply dont like concept of Khushi pulling out the truth from ASR yaar It shud come out on its own when Khushi is least expecting and then baaammm world turns upside down 😃 kitna maza ayega.
