Gurmeet / Kritika - all actors have choices regarding what shows they'll sign. I was referring to the atmosphere and culture depicted in the show. It's a positive thing if they've joined knowing the show is going to portray a change in mentality, a portrayal of a more accepting family that becomes so after having been not so accepting at the outset. But if this is just any other show of the bahu going through a tough times for years to come ... I will wonder why he signed on given his popularity. I'm sure he wasn't short on offers. Of course, this isn't a criticism to him, lest his fans kill me here.

If you liked DMG then that's a different matter but fact remains that it was idiotic!!!!!
They tried to get inspiration from Grey's Anatomy but there was no amount of logic in it!!!!
Tumhe pasand hai toh hai!!!!😊 😊 😊
As for EHMMBH, I have full faith in Star Plus to turn every show into a saas bahu saga of stupid bahus!!!!!!😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
Kis choice ki baat kar rahi hai??The choice is between one stupid show or another, one saas-bahu saga or another and one village show or another!!!!!
TV industry mein creativity toh hai hi nahi!!!!!Actors have to choose from whatever is available!!!!!
So don't blame Guru and Kritika!!!!They cannot sit around waiting for good work to come by!!!!!!

As I stated earlier, I wasn't blaming anyone.

As I mentioned, also, to each their own. I liked DMG and like EHMMBH - it's totally okay if someone else doesn't. I don't quite care if anyone likes, dislikes, hates or loves any serial sweetheart. Neither do I care for derogatory language for anyone.

As for different and starplus - I can't comment on that one way or another. EHMMBH is a different show - so far no saas bahu. Maryada is a path breaking show. A very different, and unique show and as a result has no popularity. Public WANTS the regular saas-bahu drama. Look at the ratings. The UNUSUAL shows don't make it in the TRP race - yet I salute Star Plus for starting, and keeping a show like Maryada on it. While I haven't watched many serials, Maryada has been the most different one thus far. And the PH and actors know it. No Saas-Bahu drama - very realistic, in an entertaining package. Or was, till they got the d-date.

Again - to each their own. But in the serial world, while there isn't much creativity, there are some who aspire and try to make something different. They don't get the fan following, which is sad, but there are some.

Haan wahi maine kaha ke tumhe pasand thi toh thi that's not the problem!!!!
Problem yeh hai ke the actors don't have much of a choice!!!!!After a time all their roles turn out to be the same and day after day wahi unhe karna padhta hai!!!!
What I was saying is ke we should not be blaming our favourite actors for doing not so good shows kyunki they don't have much of a choice!!!!!
We should not say ke oh he is my favourite he has taken this show it must be different!!!!Agar woh different samajh ke le bhi yeh show magar phir bhi yeh kuch dino baad wahi ban jaati hai and all our favourite can do is just bear it or leave it!!!!Chhod bhi diya toh jayega kaha waisi kisi aur show mein??
This is what I wanted to say before we got distracted to what was good and what was not!!!!!!😳
