My name is sana and I am a silent reader and occasionally comment on posts! I have an iphone and unlimited internet so India-forums website is on my favourites and I like to read whats going in serials before I watch them. I live in London so they air before I see them so its nice to read updates and read other peoples opinions.
Im 24 years old and have watched many serials in my time..when I was younger my mum used to watch the k-serials like- kasauti, kyunki, kahaani, kum kum and others like astitva,,aashirwaad and the list is on! Although I was born and raised in London I really enjoyed watching fiction!
And since the k time there are more recent serials that I have enjoyed watching like kitani mohabbat hai, miley jab hum tum, BALH, HD and more'..
Now ever since I have come to the Hitler didi forum almost every day there is just so much negativity'so much no other forum has this much negativity and I read around a lot'.its getting to a point where it is getting ridiculous'.these are fiction shows people! Cvs control the characters, dialogues etc'the actors deliver their lines..its their job!
Now I do understand that unlike films which last 2-3 hours daily soaps last up to 2 years now a days and so people get emotionally attatched to the characters and you know its quite natural'lets take rati'she is such a talented actress..i first saw her when MJHT re aired on star 1'and my god she was brilliant..not just her the entire cast of mjht'from the dialogues to all the actors to everything'.it sooo reminded me of my college days, friends, masti etc'anyone here who hasn't watched mjht go and watch it! seriously it's the only serial I have laughted out load on many many occasions!! Very refreshing! But neway point being you get emotionally attached to the character'and therefore the actor/actress who isportraying the character'now when the serial ends and the person is seen in a new avatar its hard for fans to accept it'.so many comparisons of previous character'chemistry with lead etc' but we all have to understand that serials come to an end and actors needs to grow..venture on to new projects to grow more'.they need to work with new people'even in like an office job if you change office you meet with and work with new people'nothing is constant'I really enjoyed mjht and am enjoing hd and I am a fan of arjun and rati chemistry in mjht and those who have watched it will agree that both of them did an amazing job'..and even now rati is going a fab job as Hitler didi'after watching mjht I was a bit like oh did it have to end etc'.but its life'..nothing is constant is it? but people coming here and making posts and topics about changing leads etc and whether sumit is good or not etc'.its just not cool'
Now what we also need to understand is that the television industry works differently to films'these actors/actresses will do 2-3 serials as main leads over 5-6 years and will then venture into something different like hosting or reality shows etc and when they hit mid 30s they are likely to settle get married and have kids and therefore we don't see them on screen'.
Clearly from looking at Indian cinema there are many talented actors/actresses out there'this is the only forum where there is so much negativity'I admit that when I first saw sumit was like hmmm but we have to give him a chance'.its the choice of production house to keep him make him lead etc'..we should enjoy the story and see what happens'instead of bashing and creating such a negative ambiance'you should enjoy the show and if you are not enjoying it then don't watch it'no need to hurt other peoples feelings'.i didn't watch mjht when it aired and from the mjht forum I started a topic about it and lots of people sed that it was probably good I didn't watch it when it aired because of all the arguments about who is the lead, who acts better and all of these petty issues!! The sanaya v rati fans the arjun v mohit fans etc'you know like WHY'.everyone acts differently'.if everyone acted the same'with same expressions would watching tv be fun??? Ofcors not!!!
I have been wanting to write something for days but I am a teacher and its almost end of term here so have been really busy!! Bring on tomorrow then I have a two week easter break! But I really hope that this forum improves because hd is a good show'something different'and its nice to watch something different'..but without all the negativity!!
