Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani

I watched the SPA awards and much appreciated Barun and Sanaya winning. Haven't watched any of the other awards that they participated in and won...but one thing is clear...They are the Jodi number 1😳⭐️...I much enjoy watching them and feel they are arguably one of the best talent on Indian television today.⭐️

If there was any more proof needed, one needs to watch IPPKND, Episode dated 28 March 2012, India telecast😊...Every scene perfectly pitched, every dialogue or 'no dialogue' perfectly delivered, every nuance perfectly caught...In the minutes they were on screen, you forgot that this is fiction...ASR and Khushi came alive...and how.👏👏👏

This is the Sanaya I love...chirpy yet graceful...delicate yet firm...voice modulated so well, that each of her expressions comes forth so clearly...a Sanaya who conveys much more through the little actions she does, rather than realms and realms of immaturely written dialogues or misplaced situations...

As for Barun....SIGH😃...I wish I could post my own pictures here at in response to the dialogue less performance...totally in control in the bedroom scenes👏👏👏...loved the duck to avoid the splashed water😆😆...and really who would not want to get up every morning to watch brown chocolate eyes...phew!!.☺️...and yes!!...yellow is my new favorite color!!😆😆😉...thank you for that Barun☺️

But coming back again to Barun's performance without the sound effects...(though I love the deep gravelly voice and am miffed that I didn't get enough of it😔😃) ... every movement of the eye, every sigh, every time the forhead broke in lines of discomfort or irritation, every loaded look he gave to the family...and every time he expressed irritation, amusement and then plain love towards Khushi👏👏👏👏👏...This is how its done fellow male actors.

Too bad there is no award for just plain good acting and we are stuck with bhai, beti, behan, pati, patni, ghar baar awards.

But thats not the point today😃...the point is that these two are fantastic actors...each responsible for ASR+Khushi...you take one out of the situation...the other may not seem that effective.

So thank you Barun and Sanaya for an excellent treat👏👏⭐️⭐️

Loved the sleep scenes and ASR's love came through😳😳

Loved the dining scenes and Khushi's care came through😳😳

More importantly, after the bhang scene...this should have ideally been one of the next scenes😳😳...when ASR silently calls out to Khushi and she turns back.....perfectly conceptualised...perfectly written,👏👏 perfectly executed👏👏...and hit where it was supposed to ...right at the heart...what a beautiful poignant way to show two people are in love, that they are very much invested in each other😳😳

This is what this love story should ideally be about...😳😳

And this is exactly what ASR told Khushi in the Bhaang confession..."hamari dhadkane ek ho jaati hai"...if I could draw a dialogue bubble over him he seemed say/ the look on ASR's face seemed to say to her "don't you realise, our heartbeats are one.we are one"

Question is therefore..if Khushi understands him so well...if she cares for him so much...why the acidity attack...why cant she understand the love...😳😳😳...why cant she understand he is so much in love with her😳😳

You dont give a dammn about the story, logic, continuity, screenplay...fine

You also most times don't give a dammn about your own character boards...fine

Hopefully, you do give a damm about Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani😳😳

To say Barun is not attractive, at least to me is like saying the sun does not shine😳...But I, in my humble ordinary opinion feel he is a much better actor and a fantastic real life person...rather than a just gorgeous looking guy with a flatboard stomach.😳

I am not a prude and neither am I squeamish...But I believe you discredit Barun somewhere when he pops out regularly on our screen in half clothing...I am referring to the frequency of these type of shots...That is the job of actors who have nothing else to show off but their physique...Creatives' you have such scenes only when the script demands it or when they are done most naturally...like the earlier shower scene.

I would be very disappointed if Barun's real acting talent is compromised just because a few section of viewers think that this is sexy or you the Creative team think that this is gonna get more eyeballs for the show.😳

More importantly I would be very disappointed..if some day down the line...Barun Sobti is remembered like some of his television contemporaries...only as hot bodies on television...and not for what he really is...a "hot acting powerhouse to watch out for"👏👏👏

Remember...we fell in love with ASR...because he had a certain dignity, a finesse, a well bred polish, a style ...and because he was not the regular weepy, wimpy, over the top, unpolished, uncouth hero... or just a physique strutting hero...

Same goes for Sanaya...we fell in love with Khushi because she was fiercely independent...had courage despite the circumstances...had grace and charm...not because she is made to mouth insensible dialogues...or scream around...for no rhyme of reason

The Khushi we saw in the later part today...please give her back to us...lovely, charming and very sensitive😳😳

PS: Creatives, in case you didn't know, diabetes is a slow life threatening disease, and some allergies could be very debilitating ...That dialogue to ASR "Aap batao aapmein aur kitni takniki problems hain" ...was very cute😳...but very insensitive...Got the comic context ...so no problems there😊 ...but you could have just left it at ""Aap batao aapmein aur kitni swasth ke problems hain"...that would have been more sensitive scripting.

• Her concern for him when she wanted to know if he had burnt his hand was a reflex. We just need for her to delve more into that concern.
• Him straightening her head in the middle of the night ---- aaah the tenderness!!
• The frame in which they woke up (he first) was perfect in a meant-to-be kind of way.
• Him walking out of the shower without a shirt and she wasn't conscious at all -- shows that they are getting comfortable with other in their space.
• Her understanding what he was trying to say and mean at the dining table. It was light and yet very poignant IMO. It came so naturally to her --- again, she needs to take a moment and think why?!?
• The final scene --- where she responds when he couldn't even hear himself!! His incredulous look at that...that was super. I just wished that she would get the same vibes in other matters of importance. The clues are all around her ... she just needs to think!

Truly, despite the flawed scripts and screenplay, these brilliant actors have managed to hold our "obsession"...they deserve the bulk of the credit ...

I have to say I am guilty of ROFLing at the "tachniqui kharaabi" comment!!!! But you are right, diabetes is not a condition to be joked about. It is the number 1 chronic condition in India.

As far as the bare barun look --- although I BISS about him --- his talent is MORE than enough for me to be his lifelooong fan -- as is for most people we know, right😉!!! His exudes brilliance in every frame that he is in with his spot on and yet understated expressions that befit his character. And Sanaya matches his brilliance with a versatility that brings credibility to her character despite all the liberties that the writers take with Khushi.

totally agree with u on unnecessary shirtless scenes to appease a certain section of the audience, if they had to do it, show some effect it has on khushi who is in the same age category, then it will fit into the storyline...but i dont know how that shows that she is getting comfortable with him, i think she is very weak at head in that department, otherwise with the looks and concern arnav gives her..any female in this world would sense that he is totally in love with her. there is something called the female radar which goes on alert when any male shows extra interest in u...dont u agree ladies??
