OK hello people😆
This is probably my first post here and I don't really know who the HOT FAVOURITE here is and who is not.😆
So I just want to clarify that I have no favourites in BOLLYWOOD. Well, ya I do love certain pairs like Shahid-Amrita, Ranveer-Anushka, SRK-Rani (lol ya, not Kajol), but that's it. And I have always felt that certain actresses are over-rated way too much and some who deserve the tag, don't.
And one such actress which I find way too much overrated is Kareena. I agree that she is a good, beautiful and talented actress. Her movies are mostly hit these days, but the question is, ARE THEY HIT BECAUSE OF HER?
If Bodyguard was a hit, then it was because of Salmaan lovers and action. If Ra.One grossed so much then it was because of the HYPE it created and if 3 idiots is the no.1 grosser of all times, then it is because of the 3 Idiots. In the all these movies where did Kareena contribute?
I agree that she acted well in certain movies like Omkara, Jab we Met and Chameli, but I guess that is it. In most of her movies I find her over-acting. And many of them, she doesn't have a role to play only. If she has done some amazing movies, then the most ridiculous movies are also in her kitty only, say for example, TASHAN (😆) , Kambakht Ishq and many more.
So I feel that Kareena is overrated way too much and that she doesn't deserve it.
P.S. Don't tag me as a Kareena basher now😆 I do like her and I enjoy some of her movies, but this is how I feel regarding many of the actors.
