Part 10
Recap~ Khushi consumes bhaang and ends up confessing her feelings for Arnav in an indirect way leaving him confused...

Khushi was standing in the kitchen smiling. She felt nice pouring her heart out to Arnav. She placed her hand on her head and winced. Her head was paining now.
Maybe I shouldn't have drank so much bhaang, she thought.
Just then she felt a strong hand grab her shoulder...

Meanwhile Arnav was searching for Khushi. He went outside. The party was over. His family was sitting there chatting with each other. He looked around to look for Khushi but she was not there. He retired to his room disappointed.

"OUCH", Khushi cried.
She looked up to see who it was.
"LEAVE MY HAND", she shouted..
"Khushi ji, I want to talk to you", Shyam said.
Khushi was still trying to free her hand ignorant of what he was saying.
"Khushi Ji, listen to me".
She looked up at him, irritated.
"OKAY! First LEAVE MY HAND!!!", she shouted again.
Shyam left her hand abruptly.
"Why did you marry Arnav? Tell Me.", he asked.
"What! Why should I tell you", she retorted back.
"Oh GOD! Tell me Khushi Ji. I'll make everything all right. You just tell me the reason. I am sure he forced you. Right?" he asked angrily.
"No he didn't!! GET AWAY FROM ME!", she shouted as she tried to walk away.
He grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards himself. She crashed into his chest.
She looked up to shout at him. But this time she saw a different Shyam in front of her. He had a menacing look on his face. His eyes had a strange shade of red. He seemed ruthless. He was gritting his teeth. She looked at her arm which he was holding tightly and winced in pain.

Arnav was pacing up and down his room now. He glanced at the door now and then, expecting her to return. He wanted to ask her if she meant what she said to him earlier or was it just a silly joke. He somehow wished he could believe that she was innocent. But every time his heart said the same, his head would deny. He was in an emotional turmoil. He wanted someone to talk to just now. He wanted her...

Khushi was scared. Her head was paining even more due to bhaang. Shyam's grip was so tight that she couldn't even move.
"Tell Me why you married Arnav", he asked in a fierce low tone.
"Because I wanted to! ", she retorted.
"NO", he shouted, his grip tightened. He pulled her even close to him.
"NO! I know you didn't want to! You told me to leave Anjali. I am ready to do that. I was planning just that and you married Arnav. How could you do this to me Khushi Ji! YOU ARE MINE! ONLY MINE!", he shouted with gritted teeth.
Khushi was shell shocked. He saw an evil beast in him now.
"Don't you dare! I will tell Arnav Ji! Don't you dare come close to me again. Leave my hand or I will..."
"YOU WILL DO WHAT! Tell Arnav! ", he started laughing much to Khushi's dismay.
She was scared of his advancements. She didn't know what she should say so that he would let her go.
She closed her eyes. The only thing that came to her mind was Arnav, his smile, his love, his hatred, his...
"KHUSHI! TELL ME WHY YOU MARRIED HIM!!!!!!"
"Because I love him", she whispered without opening her eyes.
Shyam was filled with murderous rage. He couldn't bear it. He gritted his teeth and his grip turned even more painful. His hands were almost crushing her arms. She winced again.
"Leave my hand you bas***d or I will... ", she yelped in pain.
"I will kill him", he whispered in a low tone.
Khushi looked at him. There was a strange tone to his voice now which scared her...

Arnav was turning impatient. He looked out of the window. No one was there now. Maybe they have come inside, he thought. He wanted to talk to Khushi at any cost. She was driving him crazy now. His lips curved into a smile when he thought about her words...
"My heartbeats race when you are near me...
My body shivers when you touch me...
I melt when you look into my eyes.."
He went downstairs to bring Khushi back to his room.

"I'll kill him! Just like I tried to kill Anjali! But Alas! She survived! You can't tell him anything ... I'll kill him otherwise. And I am serious. You are mine. Do you get it??!! " Shyam shouted.
Just then he heard voices in the hall.
"Where is Jija ji?"
"Khushi and Arnav are also missing"
"Oh.. they must be in their room... "
"Jija Ji must be tired... due to bhaang his head might be..."
Shyam abruptly left Khushi's arms.

Arnav marched towards the hall.
"Di.. where is Khushi?", he asked Anjali.
"I don't know Chote... I thought she was with you. she is not in the room.?"
"No".
"Then maybe she is on the poolside or kitchen or..."
Without waiting for her to complete, he headed towards the kitchen.
On the way he bumped into Shyam who was alarmed on seeing him. Arnav looked at him suspiciously. Shyam was looking at him in anger now. He gave him a disgusted look in return and went inside the kitchen.
But there was no one there... No Khushi...
Where are you Khushi, he thought. He decided to go to his room and wait for her there itself.

Arnav sat on the bed in his room. He turned towards the door. Now, he was getting worried. Has something happened to her, he thought. He was heading towards the door when someone opened it. He saw Khushi standing at the other side...
