Common refrain on this forum since Rishi's entry has been this is Indira's story, her struggles. What is lost on me is how in the world will the story progress, if important people don't enter her life, if important events do not occur... people and events against whom Indira reacts, in a good way and bad way, grows, learns lessons, tastes success, failure, happiness and pain?

On top of it, she is a young woman. So it is natural that someone will enter her life as a love interest and will have a huge impact.

What sticks in the craw of certain folks is that that person is Rishi and not Sameer. More importantly, it is Sumit and not Mrunal or Some other TDH actor as Rishi. I am really taken aback by the intense dislike of Sumit by some folks. Some AT threads are eye opening!

I was forced to reply to your post today ... 😆 ... must say "you hit the bull's eye!!!" 👏👏.
People need to learn differentiating between an actor and the role they are enacting.

Mrunal does good acting. He is playing a rich, spolit, psychopath. In some scenes he nails it and in some is totally blank. But the constant gripe against Sumit, his acting, his appearance etc leads someone like me to pay more attention to Mrunal, not with the intention to enjoy his acting, but with the intent to see "is mein kya hai jo Sumit mein nahi". In the course, I become more critical of his acting, less tolerant of his flaws, when there is no rational reason to do so, other than a visceral reaction against all the anti-Sumit gripe.

Edited : Took out the teeth content as I found out that the topic is closed. My sincere apologies

I think SV hater's are actually following "Reverse Psychology" principle being unaware of it themself 😆. Well, the final effect is that it indeed takes away the delight to enjoy an actor's performance.

FYI...I was being sarcastic..

According to wikipedia, Sameer is one of the protagonists of the show😕.
