What is the genere of this serial:if it is a drama, then is it a tragedy or comedy, ? The way the CVs have set the plot of the story, the characterization,it is more like a suspense, thriller, full of mystery. And it honestly is a mess.It seems that the writers of Hindi serials are more or less the same-their stories have a promising start, and gradually a downfall. This is the reason I prefer English series, which has a definite direction.Friends if you all have watched the series FRIENDS,I think you all would agree that it is an evergreen series with fantastic handling of the theme,a total masterpiece of creativity-with the mood of humor they handled the seriousness of Ross and Rachal's love story beautifully.Or take the example of Desperate Housewives; The O.C.,etc.Whatever the theme of the series is,should not be diverted;and the CVs have mixed up humor, romance, tragedy, suspense, everything in one platter.I somehow cannot take this anymore this anxiety;whether we like it or not, consciously,or unconsciously we are affected with what we watch, read,or see.So its a goodbye to HD;I'm quitting and saving myself from all this anxiousness.😉

Don't quit watching the show...better take a break. Come back after a week or so, things might turn around.

HD is a different type of series... You'r right... right now you cant put it in a specific genre ... But that's the plus point with this series.

Its not for those who are coded to watch specific set of generic programs like Drama, Romance, comedy etc.

So Enjoy programs like FRIENDS, DH, etc...

Right decision taken at right time.👍🏼

@Bold: Very true Sachin. HD does not belong to any specific genre, in stead it is a khichdi of different genres. So if the viewer likes khichdi, he would also like HD. Simple as that... 😆

Honestly! I didn't even watch the last two epis, because of this! i can't bear to see all the nautanki and the rona dhona drama. if CVs are thinking this is going to keep us on the edge and gain TRPS, then they are in for a big false belief! there's a limit to all this.. and CVs must understand that.
And then.. how Indira is being with Rishi, time and time again... despite him showing his real self to her! its RIDICULOUS! seriously.. there's a limit to being uptight!
yea, its her way of protecting herself from getting hurt.. but does she even know.. how to handle a situation.. oh I don't know.. by TALKING?!!? and UNDERSTANDING?!?! not assuming things... based on what they "LOOK" like..

does she not have a brain to think? and comprehend.. that what things are and what things cld be!

No offense but I don't mind a tv show having a mix of everything as long as absolutely stupid stuff doesn't happen on it & it's not too serious or too silly wily. I have never followed "Friends" but I have watched bits & pieces of it. I can't really say much about it. I actually have had a bad experience with non-drama American shows so the chances of me following an American show under the same genre as "Friends" is quite slim. I used to follow "Full House & "That '70's show & I didn't end up liking both these shows for different reasons.
