Writers Writers Writers:

I just cannot stop myself from making yet another plea to your the creative instincts that seem to be deserting you these days! 😒

Devyani and her dialogues to Uttara in today's episode were just plain frustrating to watch. When will she see that everybody's life has been run based on her own reaction to and fear of Brahma?
When she was scared of him, she forced Gaurav in to marriage and Priya in to keeping quiet.

When she wanted to fight back, she did so without considering these so called "Pati vrata" values she is shown espousing again and again.

When Brahma has now come back, unable to control her own insecure "Brahma dependent" self, she drags everybody in to running around him like caretakers...putting their own lives on hold!
Please let me remind you that Maryaada was a story about the four women...not just Devyani & Brahma (I do ❤️ Brahma...but...still !!!). You seem to have reduced Devyani's years of emotional and psychological abuse to her "pativrata" jaap! It would be powerful for one of her children to point out how she is not being a pativrata nari but is instead still behaving like a victim of abuse. Victims of psychological abuse need the abuser in their life to give them purpose for their existence...it's one of the reasons they are unable to break free. Despite the horrors they face, the symbiotic nature of the relationship arises from their own views of themselves...their self worth...their insecurities. If you were to paint this picture, it would be powerful potent stuff from a story telling standpoint...I for one would applaud you!

Coming to Aditya...will he ever grow up? You show him asking Priya about how she would deal with the situation had it been her father but not asking her how she feels about seeing Brahma back in the house. Honestly...somebody should learn from you about how to destroy their own creation...esp. one that so many of your viewers adore!

Lastly...when will SJ stop being shown as a love sick puppy? His character being in love is no excuse to forget the charm and confidence that is the basis of his characterization...that is who we all fell in love with!

Oh well!

Ciao!
Still your loyal viewer who ❤️'s your creations Brahma and SJ

PS: Did you think we would not notice that the guest bedroom you placed Brahma in today was the same old one that Uttara used...the one Imli & Jaggi were in earlier in the week...just the headboard cover had been removed! 😳

PPS: Thank you for giving Vidya a line to speak today and some action!

I can't put into words the disappointment I feel towards the show right now. I didn't even want to watch the episode today but I guess old habits die hard. My respect for Devyani had been reduced to ashes and so has my faith in the creatives.

Sorely disappointed and angry at this point 😳

Adi-priya relationship is going to be affected caz of this. Adi still fails to understands his wife. He does not understand how his wife will feel when he is taking care of a person who has tried to rape his wife twice. Priya on the other hand is always shown as a person who understands Adi...
Priya needs to break free of all Jhakars if she wants a peaceful life...

I hope they show something good out of this. Maybe priya is the one who finds out that Brahmas is not mad or brahma is behind all this, tells it to adi and this time adi believes her! Cvs pls stop this pativrata track of devyani!

CVs ... you have taken one small step (in my opinion, dont know about others) in Aditya beginning to understand Priya and her feelings. How when Priya talked with him about his dad she wasnt walking on eggshells and he listened to her. He now needs to be a bit more considerate and put her first rather than his parents. Please work on it a bit more in really building their relationship. Devyani has brought this all on herself by letting Brahma live with them and as Jaya said the others lives seem to be on hold.

Please, finish this Brahma madness soon and concentrate on the lives of the women. Make them strong and independent and make something out of their lives than just sitting around Jakhar house all day. You have four months, lets see what you can do and i'm sure you wont let us down.

Jaya ... I think the guest bedroom was the same one that Devyani used during the court case and recently Aditya.

Hey Jaya:

totally agree about Devyani. I too thought what happened to the pati vrata when she dragged his butt to court and then sought alimony and went trapsing around mountainsides with hunky men while wearing sindoor. CVs lost the plot???

Coming to Aditya. One can see the question he asked differently. I don't think he was questioning her father's character or drawing parallel. that is how it may have sounded to Priya. I think he was trying to get at how she would react if someone who shared a blood/ natural paternal relationship with her (no matter what his deeds or misdeeds to others and her own hatred of these external misdeeds as a child) was found in a pitable situation and whose survival (not wellbeing as that is too much to ask) were in question if they were turned out on the streets, would this cause an involuntary but understandable humanitarian reaction from the natural child. I think Priya did not understand what he was asking. the asylum option though logical is not feasible from Aditya's pov because devyani has adopted an unreasonable and admant stance. Legally, I think a living spouse has more control over a legally insane person's primary care responsbilities as compared to a child. If Devyani said no, Priya could convince Aditya till the cows come home does not mean Aditya can change anything. She needs to work on her once ally now 'totally not listening to her' adopted mother who is the cause of the grief not Aditya who is really collateral damage.

re sj I think in the last epi he stopped acting love sick when he got the royal snub in front of the entire family. he started speaking as a lawyer again. I think we will see him caring from a distance and through Aditya or Priya.

this happens to most confident men. when they fall in love they fall hard. they lose their confident persona and bend towards the wishes and sentiments of their love ones especially as they typically pick equally strong and dominant partners. their confident side only appears with others. it also ends up being frustrating for them long run. you cannot have two dominant people in one relationship. like having a relationship with two taurus. heads will keep butting all the time.

True Fizi...it was nice to see Priya & Aditya talk instead of fighting or misunderstanding each other!

Hope...🤗...I agree about what Aditya was trying to say! But...I think Priya was trying to say that he was comparing apples and oranges...not oranges from India with those from...let's say...Peru! 😆 Her point was that Brahma had not really ever behaved like a Father! That said, like you, I would love to see Priya confront Devyani...about not standing up for the rest of them and always getting caught in Brahma's web!
