It was a beautiful episode with lots of beautiful moments.. My rantings...😊
Some beautiful moments and some highlights..
Arnav and Khushi: Protector's touch
While Khushi stands paralyzed anticipating unwanted Shyam's touch, unable to stop him without creating a scene, shutting her eyes to the reality of the situation, victimizing her to the situation for the family's happiness, her protector Arnav walks in... Comes right in between Khushi and Shyam... holding Shyam's hands with such a force, that the powder spills.. Khushi slowly opens her eyes, surprised at the ax not fallen on her head and she sees Arnav in between her and Shyam.. And Khushi involuntarily moves closer to Arnav, almost hiding herself behind him... her protector... Beautiful moment...
Arnav calmly yet sharply announces to his Jijaji that he would apply color on Khushi.. - To me he said this to both Shyam and Khushi.. To Shyam, that his wife was off-limits, to Khushi to prepare herself for the moment to come.. Khushi at the moment is taking it all, - surprised at the interaction between Arnav and Shyam, but relieved to a bit, at what might happen next..
The beauty of the moment was that as silent as she was about being victimized, he was equally silent being her protector..
Arnav's feelings - As he heard Shyam wanting to put 'red' color on Khushi, his face hardened at his jijaji's betrayal.. Though he decided to intervene because of his jijaji's betrayal, the steps was rushed by his gut - his need to protect her.. He was the protective lover..
Khushi's feelings - The moment she moved closer to Arnav spoke volumes.. Though she was brave to face it all and not confide in him, the moment he was there, though surprised, she was already to accept his protection.. Her movement guided by her implicit trust that she always has on Arnav..
This is the first moment, Arnav, Khushi and Shyam are in a single frame, after Arnav and Khushi's wedding.. Though Arnav clearly understands Shyam's moves and is ready to interevene, will he be able to protect her at all times.. What did Khushi read from Arnav-Shyam's conversation.. Did she get a glance at the truth.. Or she did'nt.. I think she did'nt..
Arnav and Khushi: The tingling touch - Wiping her unseen tears...
Without a moment of hesitation, Arnav turns for the act.. While Khushi surprised - looks at him, and as he moves his hand - she lowers her eyes - not victimized, but in anticipation touch, a bit unsure of his emotions, and his hands do a featherly touch, surprised, questioningly and with her stirring emotions, she glances back at him.. What did she anticipate - a harsh touch - is that why she lowered her eyes, or was it because of her awareness of him... - Him, completely aware of her feelings, and his, aware of their distances and yet aching for it to not there, his silent sufference, pauses - waits for her to open her eyes and glance at him... In the moment, both fulling aware of their suffering and pain, their lost love and their tingling emotions, he continues to smear powder on her other cheek..
Arnav's feelings: Though his actions were prompted by a different set of feelings, his softening touch - almost as though wiping away her unseen tears, was the tangible proof of his underlying suffering love.. lost.. but re-surfacing.. His eyes don't question - more of a mute acceptance that she is lost for him, forever...
Khushi's feelings: Unsure of his emotions, but aware of how his touch affects him, while she waits, she is surprised at its softness.. And her eyes question him mutely - Why this way - Why so many things unsaid - How did she hurt him... Why are they both suffering...
Arnav and Khushi: Lover's touch
After having smeared color on Khushi, observing her as mamiji says that Khushi is responsible for Arnav participating in functions, observing her yet again while naniji asks her to smear color on Arnav, seeing her hesitation - she hesitiating as she is unsure of how he would feel - Arnav reacts walking away - not wanting her to reject him, not wanting her moves to be forced, thinking it is forced..
The same moment, Anjali stops him, - His eyes telling Anjali that she is misreading the situation and yet again - seeing his sister's happy face he stops.. While his action to stop was triggered by his sister, as he turned toward Khushi, it was all Khushi - His mind in anticipation - Would she do it ...
As they await opposite of each other, with Anjali holding the plate, both avert their eyes from each other - him thinking she is forced and so hurt, and her unclear of how he is feeling, - as she smears powder..
It was a very interesting moment.. As her hand moves - her eyes averted - and as she gets closer, his cheek moves a tilt towards her hand - his eyes averted.. Very subtle - The bittersweet love - Both hurt in their own way - reading the others' emotions wrong as they hesitate and she smears, suddenly it seems that small movement was what was needed to turn on the love.. Sweetness erupts on the touch.. The love surfaces..
As both feel their love ebbing in their hearts, - they turn away - averting their eyes from each other - was there a tear in Arnav's eye - did her touch heal him - is that what he wanted all along - was his heart aching for her love and her touch, - he touches at the powder on his cheek - did it really happen - and he looks back at her to read her feelings, her love, and she looks up at him to read his feelings and intentions.. Both want to read and be read..
Did she see hurt love in his eyes - she touches her cheek to feel the reality - that in deed he smeared color on her.. They glance again - Their glances brimming in hurt love with silent questioning... - rediscovering each other, their love, beyond the hurt and the betrayal..
And as Naniji claims it is love all the way between Arnav and Khushi - and that which can break all barriers - changing Arnav to participate in holi... - truely said - and Anjali agrees, Arnav and Khushi exchange a glance yet again - Is it love - their silent question today - But Arnav as usual, the pessimist - walks away claiming nothing of that sort.. Did he want to beat her to it.. I wonder..
The love was all there.. igniting between them.. Beautiful moment, and a treat to watch..
As explosive as it was between Arnav and Khushi, it was a contrast to see how Shyam was trying to read both Arnav and Khushi - to see what was needed to break them - and in contrast, Anjali was playing cupid..
Arnav and Khushi: Bringing smiles to each other's face..
There were several tender moments between Arnav and Khushi - a treat to watch -
Her antics makes Arnav smile - Observing her as she pacified Naniji, the way she mixed bhang.. He is falling for her all over again...
For Khushi, the moment she touches her cheek later - as she draws into the memory lane of how Arnav had smeared powder - she smiles.. She is falling for him all over again..
An irony indeed that both are aware of the smile they brought on each other's face, though always aware of the hurt..
Relationships healing for Khushi:
Beautiful moments to watch.. It was heartwrenching and yet fulfilling to watch Khushi mend her relationship with her folks and Naniji..
Overall a very beautiful episode.. Arnav and Khushi making each other happy without realizing it, while Shyam continues to make his next move - make Khushi drink Bhang.. Will he succeed.. And the consequence.. Will the lovers unite on their invisible yet everlasting love? Will wait and watch..
The smiles are increasing.. The wounds are healing.. Both are trying to read each other and yet not correctly.. Arhi's journey in trust continues..
Brilliantly done by the cast! Kudos to BS & SI! How they do this - day in and day out - subtle touches but that speaks volumes on the emotions... ⭐️

On the rewind mode:
Arnav revisited some of his past sweet moments today...
- Khushi pretending to be Nanaji and later apologized - was exactly the same way - she sang Didi tera jedji song and later apologized.. Both bringing a smile on Arnav's face..
- Khushi preparing bhang - a journey back to when he saw Khushi preparing food and that which resulted the first smile between Arnav and Khushi..
Khushi revisted some earlier moments too...
- She touching her cheek and smiling - was the same - where she touched her bindi her bindi after he left it on the mirror..
