Nice post, you got straight to the point. Almost every character of HD is realistically shaped, and this is reflected in the story which is also quite realistic (although not 100%). This is one of the reasons I am literally a worshiper of HD and its actors. đ
Sumit needs and deserves as much praise and appreciation as Rati and the other actors of HD. It is certainly not easy to play a double-layered role, two personalities in one single body. All actors are doing a fantastic job and keeping us glued to the screen from Monday to Friday every week. The show does not feel complete if someone from the cast is missing. đFrom me to Sumit and rest of the HD team:

My family like Rishi a lot. They say he look too good for Indira.I say both look too good for each other. Feeling pain for Inshi right now. How long this track gonna last?
wow beautiful post... actually he is one of the few lucky ones who got to portray all the emotions in one show and at present he is the best. he gives 100% for his role as Rishi. For me, Sumit's portrayal of Rishi's desperate need for Indira, his puppy dog like behavior with Indira, and his stunned, mute state when his house of cards comes crashing down, is uncomfortably real life like. As Rishi is not a cookie-cut type character where one could pull out the standard acting tools, Sumit's work has been truly commendable
Watching Rishi has me squirming sometimes as he reminds me so much of a near and dear one in my life. Rishi has the same deer in headlights look that my loved one has had when he ended up in trouble. Sumit was able to portray all the nuances well! Kudos to himđ
