Me too, not convinced with the story narration of Sameer because until last night he was clueless and there is no way he could have learnt about that, until another twist of Sanjay becoming a gaddar and revealing to Sameer.

I think this is because CVs were rushing to reveal Vidit mystery by wedding, they could have thought a way out to bring this true to light.

Remember, there are numerous accidents and it was easy for Rishi to flee away, but he was good by heart and chose to help Vidit than thinking of the consequences. Once he heard Indu voice and her hopes pinned on Vidit, his heart overcomes his mind to help Vidit, It doesn't mean he should be pardoned for that, but a food for thought for everyone that he chose to repay for his sins in the way he did.

He can now wait for his life for forgivines and only Vidit and Indu have the right to forgive him or not ?
