sony has sooooo many punjabi families in its line up now (not that i'm complaining b/c i have many punjabi friends) but dont you think they've taken it too far? I mean ek ladki anjani si, Aisa Desh hai mera, Jassi Jaissi koi nahin, akela and many other to name. Personally i think it would be nice if channels would show other types of families too, like malayalee or asamese, or anything else for that matter. I think that sony has adopted a one too many biji's. 😆😆

hah can't say i hate it. i love the punjabi-ness. hah but you are right, they do need to make it {the channel} more cultural.

sorry,can't say i dislike the punjabiness cos i am punjabi!!! and obviously, sony is catering to their viewers.....they show the punjabiness for a specific reason i.e., they have done their market research!!!

hehe you gotta love us punjabis 😆 😆 😆 you're right though every show has punjabi's but another thing they all have punjabi names and say they are punjabi when they party and all but they all go to Mandir and do pooja, Punjabi's don't do that they go to Gurduwara, I think they need to do more research on the culture they are confusing people 😕 😕

ok, so some of you are angry at me and i'm sorry, i didnt mean to come off as offensive, i just think that shouldnt we expose the north to more cultures that it contains, i mean how many other types of t.v shows do u see that are not gujrati or punjabi? I think it would be a nice change, not that i'm complaining about the punjabi serials. I'm a big fan of jjkn and ADHM 😃
