Maan arranged immediately for the surgery...the surgery was for nearly 16 hours as it is major...he kissed her in the forehead n sent her to the operation theatre...he showed her thumbs up trying to fight the tears..for which she gave a weak smile...they moved her to the theatre and closed the door..
Maan immediately informed dadi n annie..n they told they will reach one day after the surgery...then he did something more stupid...he collected Geet's family address and informed them...the whole family got tormented...n Darji..Brij and Geet's dad reached the hospital during the last two hours of the opearation...Maan didn know anything about their earlies conspiracy as Geet failed to mention it...they saw Maan n immediately identified him as the Same man Geet has mentioned in the letter...Maan who was oblivious to their intentions narrated what and all happened with him and Geet...they were more happy to find that...Geet is still not married to him...they hacked a secret plan...the surgery was successfully over and she was still unconscious...Maan along with Geet's family went to meet the doctor...the doctor confirmed that her memory is gone...Maan felt a stab in his heart while Geet's family rejoiced knowing she will forget Maan...the doctor also said she still had 10% chances of getting her memory back...after the discussion with the doctor..Geet's family advised Maan to go home and take rest as she will get conscious only the next after noon...tired Maan accepted it and reached his home...unaware of what is going to come next day...

Next day..Maan reached the hospital...n was shocked to find Geet not in her bed...he thought she must have been shifted somewhere , but his heart broke hearing that they took her to India in a emergency ambulance flight and didn give any details...Maan tried endlessly to reach them..but everything went futile...by the time dadima n annie reached the hospital to see a broken Maan sitting on the corridor shouting Geet's name...
Dadima n Annie reached n held him...he sobbed for his stupidity...he remembered how Geet was afraid to do the surgery fearing this would happened...and it happened...he blamed him for everything...dadima and Maan tried to contact n visit hoshiyarpur...but they found that Geet's family vacated from there five days ago and nobody knows where they went...
Time went by...days became months...months became a year...he searched her madly...but there was no hope...!!!

One by one...she gave tea for everybody...Arjun was sitting near Maan...she gave tea to Arjun..while he gave her a cute smile...she didn even bother to look up...Maan's heart danced seeing her ignoring him...then the next was Maan...brij n darji were holding their hands tight helplessly...
Geet neared him...Maan breathed hard...the same smell...my mishty's smell...she still didn see him..silently bent down to give the tea...he took the tea brushing his hands with hers...she shivered with his touch...but didn had the courage to look up...but strangely she didn feel odd...she wondered...Maan simply said Thank u seeing her downcasted eye lids...
This voice...this voice...she has heard it somewhere...she panicked...tis is the same voice..that had been disturning her sleep for the past one year...she immedieatly looked at him..he dropped the tray of tea down..spilling the tea over him...she looked at him in shock...she has seen his face somewhere...yes she has seen...!!! her whole body shivered ...many emotions were contemplating inside her mind...
The whole crowd saw her shockingly...while...dadima and annie rejoiced seeing his effect on her...brij was about to go when darji held his hand and stopped...Rano apologised everybody and without knowing she asked Geet to take Maan to the washroom to help him clean himself...
Papaji...darji and brij looked at Rano in horror..but she didn understand...Maan took the opportunity and went behind Geet...who literally ran to her room...while Dadima and annie distracted others so that..they will have time together...

She acted immediately...she opened the suitcase in her parents' room..which she always found it suspicious...as she once got taunt form her mother when she tried to open it...she got the shock of her life...she found her salary certificates...which were addressed as Newyork...her degree certificate...her passport...everything confirmed that..she was in new York...it means what he said is true??? But how...she threw each and everything out of the suitcase...when she was about to throw what looked like a diary...a picture slipped out of it...it was she and Maan kissing in Paris...
She just sat like a zombie...tears continuosly flowing from her eyes...her nightmares made her sense now...it was maan who came in her dreams for all these days...she had loved him...she can see how happy she was with him in that pic...her head felt like rotating...she immediately went out to find him...when she was stopped by something in a semi closed room..she stood near the door to listen..as they mentioned their name!!!

Maan left the place immediately saying he had an important meeting in Delhi..Arjun was sad and puzzled...but darji n brij was happy...Dadima and Annie were trying to control their tears..predicting what must have happened..

Rano: wo Maan hain kya??? Lakh lakh shukar hain babaji ka...atlast he went off...
Brij: no he will comeback..u don't know with how much difficulty we hid Geet from him for one year..i think before he cums..we should get Geet married...
Darji..rano and brij discussed how they made fool out of Maan...while Geet looked at them in horror...how can ppl be so mean???

Do u know how many nights i have struggled to sleep..and felt i have lost a part of me???
