I have been to Pataudi Palace...some parts of it is open to the public!

While the entire village in which the palace is situated is absolutely filthy and dirty, the palace itself is a treat for the eyes!

Now, the palace has been converted into a heritage hotel with some parts still kept as private residence for the Pataudi Family!

PS : Desu, Saif's family owns a terrific mansion in Delhi also...Aurangzeb Road, one of the poshest address in perhaps the whole of India!

Desu,

Saif Mahal is the name of one of the rooms in the Palace (which is now part of the heritage hotel)...its a huge room with a private terrace overlooking the front lawns ect!

There is one room named after Saif's son also...Ibrahim Mahal! There is one named after Saif's Dad also...Mansur Mahal!

I am sure you must be aware, that one portion of Julia Robert's film, Eat, Pray, Love was shot in Pataudi Palace!😊 And now they have named the room where Julia stayed for the shoot as the 'Eat, Pray, Love' Room!

Its a very beautiful building...all heritage forts and palaces in India are stunning to look at, especially if they are well-maintained.

PS : If you ever come to India, you can stay at the Saif Mahal Room...they rent it out (Under USD 140 or something)! Infact, this Palace is pretty near to Delhi's International Airport!

Ofcourse!

Whenever I visit India, I have a destination. I MUST stay in the Saif Mahal.

That is where I belong. Its my life's calling!
