PREITY & RANI AT LOGGERHEADS

Preity Zinta and Rani Mukherjee are still on loggerheads though they had been working together in Karan Johar's 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' only until few days back. Karan has heaved a sigh of relief as his movie's shooting is just over. During the shooting, both the actresses were not on talking terms; so, the crew had to play the role of a conciliator. This is in spite of their thick friendship in the past. They were the best friends when they worked in 'Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega' and 'Chori Chori Chupke Chupke'.

However, they fell out with each other during the shooting of Yashraj's movie. According to industry sources, their relations turned sour during the shooting of 'Veer Zaara'. It is said that Preity snatched away 'Salam Namaste' from Rani and the latter revenged by replacing Preity in ' Bunti Aur Babli'. Rani has a grudge that Preity influenced Aditya against her though Preity completely denies the allegation. However, both the Bollywood's leading actresses are keeping mum and not breaking their silence. Thus, the industry is at a loss to get the best out of the two talented artists. Are they listening? Will they break their silence and turn friends again?

Hmmm...whats knew? Rani was accusing Kajol when she first came into the industry and saying that KKHH was successful because of her and not Kajol.

Rani would not look good in Salaam Namaste anyway. She has her own films and success- why is she out to get others?? She rarely compliments any actresses, though Preity and Kajol said she was a good actress.

Secondly, if Preity created differences between Adi and Rani, then why did Adi put Rani in his next film Bunty aur Babli?

I totally agree with you, i cant believe rani believes Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was successful coz of her, as KKHH was totally Kajol film, even SRK said the KKHH belonged to Kajol as she was the star of the film. The film was successful coz of SRK and Kajol and there chemistry and coz of Karan Johar, the script etc,... Rani had very small role to make a huge impact.

Back to the article well there's nothing new about rani then
