Kylie on her battle with breast cancer

London: Pop princess Kylie Minogue is set to speak for the first time on her battle with breast cancer.

The 38-year old singer will talk to Cat Deeley in a special programme for 'Sky One'. During the interview she will reveal how she reacted to her shock diagnosis last year and tell Cat the story of her recovery. She will also talk about her plans for the future and discuss her relationship with her boyfriend Oliver Martinez.

The programme will also feature extracts from the video diary she kept during her treatment.

"Kylie is one of the UK's biggest and best-loved artists. Ever since she made her UK debut in 'Neighbours' some 20 years ago, she has found a place in the nation's heart," 'Sky One's' director of programming, Richard Woolfe, was quoted by 'The Sun', as saying.

"The news of her diagnosis sent shockwaves across the world, so we're delighted that Kylie has chosen 'Sky' to give her first worldwide exclusive interview about the ups and downs of the past year and her immediate plans for the future," he added.
