def its a confussion!
like to know the base on what its accepted or rejected?
as far as i know its on first come first base
Means the one who posted first ... Then why when radh posted she cn do on all 7 days ... Its not being considered at all. ???
before her post only sat, sun n wed was fixed ...

was it because she honestly mentioned that she cud do till jan only??
What if someone leaves after a wk? Atleast she commited for next 40 days!

see...the thing is that if someone is going to be available only for a particular no of days,it is kind of difficult because we have to find a replacement for that person once the person leaves(that is only if the person is leaving it permanently if it is temporary we can put the back up!)

on the other hand if someone is willing to commit for a longer period of time ensuring smooth and regular updates,that person will be preferred over the other,for the convenience of everyone
