SS-Court case- Kunal-Thakral scenes-Updt-Final-Pg7

All, This is my 1st time writing forum SS..
Plz. excuse me for any mistakes...
Suggestions/Appreciations are heartily welcomed...
Plz. leave comments. Can take both good or bad...

While everyone has been writing OS/SS/FF focussed on the most popular jodi- Sinal 👏👏👏, I thought of writing something about our equally popular jodi, Thanal. 👏👏
As we know , both are smart/intelligent and would not give an inch to each other, to prove other person wrong.

Based on Fri precap,looks like Siddhi would defend Kunal and hopefully [ agar CV's humpar upkaar karenge] will prove him innocent.

I am going to be depicting below scenes right after that , still in or around the court.
Mainly convo between Kunal and Thakral which we all are eagerly waiting for , but some side convos too of other characters.


Judge makes the announcement that Kunal is innocent and that all charges against him are dropped and he is a free man.
Also orders that Richa be sent for physiatrist treatment.
Judge gives Thakral a warning that he better check the facts in future, before filing such false cases and wasting courts time.
Sinal decide to file defamation case against Thakral's.

Siddhi has happy tears hearing this and looks at Kunal who has that expression [ combo of happiness that she won against Thakral but his akdoo nature of not wanting to congratulate her on that winning].
Raj, Seema, Gaurav, Vikram all come forward and congratulate Siddhi and then go to Kunal.
Ritcha is mentally shocked and standing like a statue. Thakral sitting in chair with his head buried in his hands.

Seema : [ hugs Siddhi ] Maine ka tha na, Saachayee aur tumara pyar jaroor jitega.

Siddhi : Shukriya Babhi. Aap nahi hoti to pata nahi mera kya hota. Hah, saachayee ko to jeetna hi tha.. par..

Seema : Ab kya hua.. aajkal Tum to hamesha uljhayee kyo rehthi ho. Yeh kya ho gaya tume, Kunal Bhaiyya ke pyar me. Pehle tum aisi nahi thi.

Siddhi: Babhi. Such kaha apne. Mujhe bhi pata nahi kya hora hai. Maine socha tha Kunal khush hoke badhai denge. Lekin badhai to chodo, mujhe dekhe muskuraye bhi nahi. Wohi akdoo chehra. [ in her mind she says, Akdoo kahi ke. Biwi ko thode daant dikhene me kya problem hai.]

Seema : Maine yeh bhi kaha tha ki pati shaadhi karna janta hai lekin patni ko hi nibhaana aur sambhaalna padta hai.
Yeh case tumare rishte ko dubara patri per leke aayega. Aab tume kaise bhi Kunal bhaiyya ko manana hai, taki yeh div na ho.

Siddhi : aab to mai poori jaan lagaoongi , aur Kunal ko saari zindagi ke liye apna bana loongi.
[Seema and Siddhi hug one more time]


Thakral running away from press to his car and slips on stairs again like other day [ after the 1st hearing].
Kunal comes and holds him.Thakral is holding his back trying to get up but also trying to hide the pain from Kunal.

Kunal : Thakral sahab. Kitnee baar Ghiroge. Ek to pehle se hi gale me Pattha hai.
Abhi Kamar me bhi dalwake dubara wheel chair pe baitane ka plan hai kya??

Thakral is angrily looking at Kunal but is focussing on his newly acquired back pain.

Kunal: Ab to vakalat chodke, tumara dusra shauk pura karo.
Video game khelte rahiyo, wheel chair me baitke. agar khel sake to...

Waise Pata nahi badan per kahan kahan pattha lagwayenge.
[Thinks in his mind, how he is planning on sending Thakral to jail for all these false accusations]

Thakral [ Angry] : Kunal. Tume to me dekh lunga and says Ouch[ then his neck also hurts him and reaches for it]

Kunal : Dheere Thakral...
Aab to baat karne me hee takleef ho rahi hai?? To kahase dekhoge??
Waise main tume mahabharat ka video game deta hu khelne ke liye. Jail me bahut kaam aayega.
Uss game me jabhi bhi Arjun aaye, to mujhe yaad karoge. 👏👏

Thakral : Yeh mat samajna ki mai yeh case haar gaya to sab khatam ho gaya.

[Thakral tries to stand up by himself without Kunal's help]

Thakral : Mr Kunal Chopra, tumare biwi ko bhi nahi chodunga. Meri company se training leke, woh mere hi khilaf ladne nikli. Yeh sub tumare bajey se hua hai.

Kunal : Chodo Thakral, Aap ke bas me raha to aap bhagwan ko bhi nahi chodenge.
Waise , Kaha gaya aap ka chaalis saal ka tajurbha??
Aab to meri biwi ne bhi tume haraya...wo bhi court me...saree duniya ke samne...

Thakral: Siddhi to kanoon ke khel me bacchi hai. Pehle to uska career khatam karvaunga. baad me tume dekh loonga.

Kunal [angry]: Thakral... Jabaan sambalke baat kar.
Yaad rahe tum to Kunal Chopra ki biwi ke bare me baat kar rahe ho.

Meri biwi to Do Dhaari talwaar hai. Ek to wakil , upar se Kunal Chopra ki biwi!! 👏👏

Waise maine to tume apna barabar ka , takkar dene ki takat rakhnewala socha tha.
Chee, tum to mujse ladne ke layak hi nahi ho.

Thakral : Mr Kunal Chopra. Apni biwi ke peeche chhipkar waar karke,Itna udd kyon rahe ho?

Kunal : Wah Thakral. Ulta jawab mujhe hi. Us Din kya kaha tha.
Tum to Mahabharat ke Bheesma pitama nahi ho, ki aurat ke saamne tum hatiyaar daal do.
Laanat hai tum par , Bheesma Pitama se apni Tulna karke.

Ek aurat ne tume mardowali adalat me pura cheet kar diya. 👏👏👏
Muh dikhane layak nahi chhoda.

Waise, tum to Dhritarashtra se bhi battar ho.

Thakral : Wo Kaise. Abhi Dhritarashtra kaha se aa gaya??

Kunal : Wohi samjaane ki koshish kar raha hoon. Dhritarashtra to janam se aandhe the.
Rajgaddhi ki lalsa aur beta Duryodhan ka pyaar ne , une aur andha bana diya.
Apni hi bahu Draupadi ka vashtraharan hone diya.
Apne sare beton ko kurbaan kar diya kurukshetra ki jung me.

Lekin ,Tum to janam se aandhe nahi ho. 👏👏
Phir Bhi mujhe harane ke liye, mujhe jail bijwane ke liye, tum itne aandhe ho gaye ki apni beti ka joothapan dikhayee nayee diya??...
yaa jaanthe huye bhi andheka kar diya, mujhse badla lene ke liye??

Khudh ke daav pech khatam ho gaye to beti ke joothepan ka sahara lene ki koshish ki...
Khuli aankhon se bhari adalat me, apni beti ki izzat kurbaan kar di.

Thakral [more angry]: Kunal... Bahut bol liya. Mera naam D.K. Thakral hai.
Meri pahunch bahut upar tak hai.

Kunal : Kaunsi Pahunch... Thakral D.K...huh.. Dhokebaaz Kamina Thakral. 👏👏

Marne ke baad, Upar kya , tume narak me bhi koi aane nahi dega
Duniya ko to Dhoka dete aaye ho. Dekho kaise tumare family ne hi tume Dokha diya.
Pehle to Bete ne Nisha case me aur Ab to tumari Beti ne yeh jhoothe rape case me.

Tumare Kamineypan ka to poocho mat.
Meri biwi aur family ko nahi baksha court me...apni beti ko bhi nahi...

Thakral : Kunal...
Thakral was about to respond. Just then press reporters come near Thanal and start asking questions.

Siddhi overhears all this convo and is happy to see Kunal supporting her. She thinks Kunal definately cares for her. Does he love me?

She in full josh 👏👏 goes near Richa who is like standing like a zombie.
No atma, only body. 😉

hey amrish wonderful OS ...👏...everyone over here is thinking only abt sinal OS's .but you thought abt thanal nd presented it soo beautifully...loved it lots...i hope in show also we get to see such takraar btween thanal...i loved every bit of the OS, the way you have brought Mahabharata into picture is too good...i soo wanna see kunal mouthing such dialouges to thakraal...do update the final part soon..

@All : As i mentioned , everyone on the forum is focussed on Sinal, so i thought of starting something focussed on Thanal.. Especially moving forward, we are going to see more of Thanal for Kunal at professional level...
