No matter who signs the paycheck but one fact remains His Commission comes from Suhana's pay . This is what bugs me . Disha is not jealous . For me personally It is the matter which I won't make a compromise on . If I want to help my brother & sister or In Laws then It is my choice but also I won't get commission on their income . It is my personal belief . If Production house still sign my commission then I would gladly give it to my family member . but won't keep the money .

I think Disha wants Ilesh to do something on his own. Right now No matter what he does for Suhana , Family might feels that Ilesh is doing nothing . It is suhana who is doing the most or all of the wok while Ilesh Aiyvayin Getting paid to show up as Agent . I m sure Agent 's job is not easy , Sure He does a lot behind the scene. But no one knows what he does or What he has to do . That's Y along with Disha , Everyone thinks he is not doing anything .

Disha wants Ilesh to get same recognition as everyone else in the family . Right now , Everyone thinks that Ilesh got the salary bcauz of Suhana & Fact that she has a job . They have said so as much . If suhana doesn't get paid or leaves job then ? What happens then ? Does he get paid ? NO . Disha wants & deserves stability in her life . But until Ilesh does not understand her POv , nothing happens .

As for telling BM abt it , When It comes to BM & Her Laadlas , BM never see their fault so no point in telling her . She is going to side with her WAHLAs .. If she really cared then she would have told Ilesh to get a job long time ago . I know no matter what I think , just like Suhana , in BM's eye Ilehs is never going to b wrong . Disha get ready to say sorry . 😆

this is also one field of work he likes and enjoys this work so he should do that. Disha's problem is that ilesh is working under suhana. if ilesh used to be agent of some other actress i dont think so disha used to have this problem. That time he used to be happy for ilesh working. but now as he is a agent of suhana she has a problem. as per the career is concerned i dont think he has no career in future. if suhana leaves the job also being an actress she will always have chances to attend a functions. and he can try being agent for other actors also.

Being a wife disha's feeling is rght. as suhana is her devrani disha will also feel bad to face suhana as her husband is working under her so ultimately suhana will be boss to ilesh, whom disha should respect all this may be coming in her mind. yes she is insecure. she was insecure while ilesh giving money to family also. while ilesh was spending money also.

Disha is rght to think about self respect. its always disrespect to work under some family person that too who is younger in the relation. but for the family which disha has got she is wrong to behave like that also. in her family there is no abhiman problem. all are so nice. even suhana is so nice to ilesh and disha. in yesterdays episode when ilesh said he was not feeling well previous day she showed care and concern to him. even in sets she keeps him calling ilesh bhaiyya only.

ilesh also should think abt disha. every wife wishes her husband to work in good position which she can proudly say. so in this point disha is not wrong. it is mutual understanding between husband and wife. in this case disha should understand that ilesh is enjoying the work and work should be enjoyed by the person doing. and ilesh also should understand what disha wants. if both tries to understand each other this wont be big issue i think.

If I work for my SIL or Brother !!! Do I charge my commision ? When a Doctor does his own mother's operation , does he charge her for operation fees? Do a mother charge a son for rent ? Personally , for me , Its like how low U can stoop to charge commision or make a money off my brother's wife's income. I can't stoop low any more than this . I can work free of charge for them but my consience won't let me earn commision from them .

If Ilesh wants to earn money by being AGENT then good for him . but Suhana ? NO BIG NO NO . He can work as Suhana's agent but not earn commision from her income . He can help her free of charge . Mean while he can find other Actor or actress who needs agent & He earns money or charge commision for his services . Which is acceptable in my book .

Disha also like Rano wants Ilesh to do JOB. which is like 9 -5 . If Ilesh thinks being agent is his calling then go for it. but not by being ALONE Suhana's agent . He can find other clients .

More than Suhana or What he works as , Disha has problem with HOW Ilesh earns money ... I can't blame her for her thinking . It is not abt Suhana being younger , or Disha not respecting Suhana - Ilesh . . It is not abt her insecurities but both of their self respect .

End of the day work is work but I don't like the fact that Ilesh is charging Family Member Commision fees . For me that is the lowest point person can stoop to .
