that is what I am confused about

let me start first

then lets see if I can do justice with it😆

Episode # 1

A man in his mid thirties is running away from the bunch of men who are trying to kill him. They have swords in their hands, the man is helpless and runs between the mustard fields, he hides behind the dense crops, he looks at the men following him from his hideout, he sighs in relief when he sees them going in the other direction, suddenly one of the men stop and turn, seeing this the hiding man steps back and in the process makes a sound that attracts the attention of those men. They run to the direction of the sound, the helpless man runs in the direction of forest.

One of the men sees him and shouts, "Towards the forest"

A second man says, "Follow him, lets separate in two bunches, I don't want to lose the money we will get to kill him"

They divide themselves in two groups and trap the poor man, the man pleads, "please leave me, why do you want to kill me, I don't even know you all"

One man says, "Neither we know you, we are just being paid a handsome amount to kill you." They laugh and one man holds him and the other raises the sword to kill him, the helpless man shouts, "MAAN"

Silence follows the scream and everything is quite, with a thud his body crashes down and the birds in the nearby trees fly immediately, the killers cover his body with dried leaves and mud etc,.

An old woman in her sixties sneaks out of her room, it is still dawn, the sky is no yet clear, she is hiding something in her sari, she slowly and soundlessly moves to the adjoining room, on the way there is a photo framed and garlanded, it is the photo of the same person who is being killed in Episode #1, the old woman opens the door soundlessly and keeps on looking behind her to make sure no one is seeing her, she quietly enters the room and closes the door.

Someone is sleeping on the cot, the person has covered himself with a worn out bed sheet, the old woman smiles seeing him, she has tears in her eyes, she moves towards him and slowly caresses his hanging arm, and says, "Beta wake up, its dawn" he holds her hand and says, "few more minutes Dadi, please" the old woman wipes her eyes with the sari and says, "no, beta, you should wake up before that Pammi gets up, else she will create a scene, and if Dev finds that you are not there to help in exercise he will again use his whip, and they will again get an excuse to bring Annie home from her boarding" the person suddenly gets up, "No, Dadi I will do anything to protect my little sister" he turns'.

He resembled the same man who was killed in Episode #1 but he is in his very early twenties, may be 20 or 21. The old woman kisses his forehead, "that's like my Maan Beta"

maan is killed...😕😭 in epi 1 and in epi 2, he is being shown in mid twenties...i cant digest the fact that he was killed🤢😭
