Hi FunLyfe, yes that would be a difficult situation, but knowing how strong Veer used to be then (and is now! Yay!) He wouldn't have given in to that sort of blackmail because he loves Iccha. I don't think he would have opposed and married her anyway, but he would have called off the wedding temporarily at least.

But see, there is a difference. If Iccha had shouted, screamed, anything to attract attention, Jogi would have come up and kicked both Tapasya and Nani. Veer, if in the same situation, unfortunately has no one who could have helped him. Iccha had Jogi's support. She knew she had it. And even if he did not support her, she just needed to make enough of a scene so that everyone in the wedding knew what was happening. Then Tapasya could not have done this secret drama of hers.

Sorry it's just my opinion actually and nice meeting you!

No need to be sorry..😊...its good to have a healthy discussion on this forum after a long time..and nice meeting you..and I understand your point of view. In fact, Veer is the reason I watch uttaran..😉...well, knowing a meek & submissive ichcha.. she could't have screamed or shouted...really!! and Tapasya has exploited ichcha's weaknesses to her advantage always.

Yes actually I'm expecting too much out of Iccha the idiot.. 😆 And if she had done all that, what would be the story? Yes I love Veer.. Even I watched this show for Veer only..

My opinion:

I know that ichcha went there to confirm with rathod where he found the child and THEN in a stream of emotion at that time, she revealed all to rathod then and there.

But I think that this (Yuvraj's identity as her son) is irrelevant to the scenario at hand.

And the past about Veer not believing her is also irrelevant.

She should have brought veer up to speed with what what has happened in his absence.

(The facts and the string of incidents...

1. She believed the nurse and went and saw cc footage.

2. She confronted nani in front of thakur and then thakur went to the hospital cc footage is deleted.

3. Ammo thrown out of the thakur house precisely because of this incident. (He knows ammo no longer lives there - he also needs to know why)

4. She knows Yuvraj was found on the road on the night of October 10th - the day she gave birth to the baby.

5. SHE IS NOW RECEIVING THREATING PHONE CALLS ABOUT YUVRAJ ON THE PHONE.

# 5 is the most important. Now whether he chooses to believe it or not is just irrelevant.

She has hidden # 5 from him, from rathore and from the police. Why?

Someone is saying that I have Yuvraj and I will kill him ... what does it matter whether Yuvraj is her son or not?

Should the call at least be investigated or not ?

And why cant she tell her own mother? Damini is not an airhead like rohini or something who will get emotional and blurt it out? Damini is a sensible lady who can keep confidences and who knows the history of avinash and kanha.

And then when she learned about yuvraj, her first reaction should have been to pick up the phone and call veer to rathore's place immediately...and revealed it to both of them.

Instead she proceeds to unilaterally beg rathore -- as if her husband is impotent to find yuvraj or help in any manner.

I once again reiterate -- the issue of whether yuvraj is her son or not is irrelevant.

The only fact that counts is that someone is calling her and threatening her about Yuvraj. This fact alone should be enough for her to report it to the police.

what is the first anything anyone will do if they are threatened ? . they retract!. A kid is in wrong hands and she heard him cry. forget logic's!, she is scared as hell and don't know what way to take. just because she is lead character that doesn't mean she has to be perfect. She is the one who has to trade with both of her kids. I will never be able to judge her on this. I feel pity for her character. One is her blood and another is her responsibility. Both have strong ties. It's like choosing one eye and dealing with the aftermath!. If anything wrong happens , she will the first to suffer worse rather than any other character in this play

though i m angry wid iccha 4 hiding it from veer wen he'd cum back!!but on this issue i agree wid anmol who'd put v.valid points & i agree that wen theres threat all logics go haywire & normally ppl started reacting v.weirdly!! so i can understand her hiding it from bundelas but she cud'd told veer abt seeing CCTV footage.

and i agree wid tinoo that she shud'd told atleast damini & called veer & had gone 2 rathore's & asked him where did he find yuvraj??and i think she only went 2 confirm this but wen rathore told all abt yuvraj she asked him 2 save her child!!

and veer doesn't've this rite of blaming iccha 4 hiding from him bcoz recently wen icchha believed that nurse & she told abt her on phone he rebuke dher &a sked her not 2 go there again!! so i think hes also at fault bcoz wen iccha started telling him sumthing he again didn't believe her & now hes blaming her 4 not telling the truth!!really CVs've butchered this ckt & its been since he got married 2 taps in the show. after that we'd seen decline in his ckt!!a

and jogi is much better as he believed iccha at once & never even 4 once asked iccha that she might b wrong in blaming naani 2 take away her child!!and if veer wud'd been in his place he again'd told her 2 b quiet & thot her as not in her senses bcoz of her luv 4 her son!!

so here veer & iccha both r at fault. icchha 4 hiding truth even wen he came back bcoz if she cudn't thot of telling abt naani taking yuvraj then atleast threats by avinash & saying that yuvraj is their son. and veer 4 not believing everytime she tells sumthing 2 him & he always gone 4 proofs so making her believe that this time again he wudn't believe her!!
