This is what infact I was thinking about...why Nidhi is not accepting the Kotnis offer? initially..she didnt want to be a doctor.. but she overcame that and joined back...then what is stopping her now..may be this is the reason... she wanted Ashu's side of the story...

Everyone is waiting for Nidhi to be successful in her career that too at Kotnis..along with Ashutosh...
