Why they did not show?

When a businessman like Jetha from Mumbai is captured in Pakistan, they will show India's Prime Minister and Home Minister and Maharashtra's Chief Minister making statements and efforts at diplomatic level. That is the norm.

Why didnt they show them?

When a person is captured, it is not in the hands of anyone to let him off so easily because he knows them because of great grandfathers. There is a thing called procedure which takes months or atleast some weeks.

I agree it is a fiction, but when some serious issue is being shown, they should show it realistically.

You're absolutely right but following the rage, anger and opposition of fans, Asit Modi figured out that he must end this track ASAP before it ruins his brand entirely, and that's why the story ended abruptly.

Otherwise what is the probability of Paki Army officer being grandson of your grandfather's friend? And they release you within 'two hours' lolz Highly unbelievable even on for a fiction.

Besides Dayaben doing that Garba-dance in Temple yesterday, that too looked bit too much.

Had they done what you say then your heading would be "Why did they show this?.. they should not have wasted so much time in all this".. why are you people always complaining?? If you do not like the show, do not please watch it! Personally I feel that sometimes the show does drag but overall in terms of long term, its still worth all its praise!
I have esp seen Mrunal you complaining, being critical.. if you have something against someone (definitely seems so) then its fine, go on with you bashing! I do not think anybody would care. Even the trps are showing opposite to what your "mission" is.. You are always putting up different points to prove yourself right dunno why! Anyway, the show despite some of its discrepancies is going great! Nothing can be perfect, neither me, nor you! Lets appreciate while this show lasts, we shall miss these "dragging" once its all over! Then these episodes wont seem that boring!

They could have shown all that in fast track without dragging. They could have shown how his wife and others in the family bravely face the situation. And after that a happy ending.

YES BUT THIS IS SERIAL NOT REALITY AND IN MANY CHANNELS AND IN MANY SERIALS THEY SHOW LIKE IRRITATING THINGS BUT ITS ALL FOR ENTERTAINMENT

My personal view is that in any circumstances if the story increases the importance of elders, then it's worth it. Elders in the Indian society are taken as part of couple's family unlike in the west. So I admire the story. Who cares about the realistic things...sometimes it's nice to be in a fantasy world which has high morals...if anyone's after reality then go watch NDTV and the 2G scam and Pakistan's ISI issues.. I watch Tarak Mehta to not to see Home minister rescuing Jethalal but instead the latter is rescued due to moral, ethical or family reasons. No politics please here.

Current Popatlal's track is very interesting...I want to him to get married. Enough already.

One more thing...this is a trick if anyone wants to use it..

It's about the story drag. I felt it earlier...during Bhootni episodes...I felt like it's too much drag...but now when I see I feel so happy that there are so many of those episodes...


So the trick is this...if I watch episodes daily then I have two problems:
(a) I feel that I didn't have enough from that episode
(b) I want to know the ending but it's just not getting there...so I conclude that there is a drag.

Solution: I watch episodes every weekend...so I get dose of 5 episodes at once...Good thing is that I feel satisfied that I have watched enough...and usually in a week episodes the story moves quickly...so no drag..


Requirements: Patience..:)
