I think it is because Vidya Balan (acting pregnant in movie) is promoting her movie Kahaani where she is searching for her missing husband, and Vidya meets Iccha and Mukhta in the park, it is one episode only.

😕 she is such a superb actress with hits under her belt..wonder why they (promoters) think it is necessary for her to be on TV for the movie.But I am asking this everytime an actor form Big Screen is promoting his/her movie on Small Screen...

Actors from big screen are also participating in shows (dance, music, quiz, special shows) on small screen. This is mainly for them to get publicity and attention from the tv audiences as many have tv at home and as a ripple effect will watch these actors on the big screen in a movie theater.
