Maan was getting ready with unusual speed as today he had meeting with geet's company ... he talks with geet everyday and meets her often but still everytime he feels some chill in his body ... Maan's phone buzzed he looked at the caller ID ... opps it was daadi maa ... he hit his head with palm cursing himself for not contacting her ...
" hello daadi ..." he said
" i don't want to talk with u maan ... do u realize it has been 3 weeks since u went there and u never bothered to call me " she shouted in disappointment
" sry daadi i was busy ... i really wanted to call u but was stuck with work" he said
" u forgot us does that means u have found anyone there ... i don't mind having a south indian daughter in law " said daadi in teasing voice
" she id not a south indian daadi " maan said promptly not thinking that he was talkiing to his match maker daadi
" then does it means u have someone ? " daadi asked excitedly
" who said so ? " maan asked in his casual tone

" dev go far from daadi and then talk " maan said knowing his detective daadi would judge their tlks ... dev casually walked to balcony

" listen i don't want daadi to talk to Mr.chopra or anyone for that matter regarding my marriage " said maan

maan reached geet's office and was waiting impatiently to meet her ... He entered the conference room but was disappointed to see rohan and isha there ... they greeted himm with polite smile and warm hand shake ... they started to discuss ... but maan's mind was thinking abt geet ... he wanted to know why she wasn't present there ? was she ill ? is sid ok ? ... thousand similar qus surrounded him ... god knows how he concentrated n meeting , finally it ended ...
" i thought geet would be handling my project " maan said trying to bring geet in a topic
" umm... she has taken off today " said rohan
" oh! is everything ok " maan asked concern
" yeah ... its just she never works on 26 dec she visits orphanage every year on this day u know its the same day Karan passed away " said rohan with worry in voice
" Karan ? " asked maan not recognising the new name
" karan ... karan malik u must know him " rohan said
" oh yeah ... karan malik i ve seen him with geet a couple of times " said maan remeberingseeing karan with geet at collage times
" armaan's brother... " said rohan
" i never knew abt his death ... so shocking " maan said
" i know ... it happened some 3-4 years ago in kashmir ... he died in bomb blast " said rohan
" poor guy ... everyone must have been worried then " said maan
" yeah... especialy geet i wonder how geet managed the turminol ... it very hard to lose husband in very young age "
HUSBAND the word rang in maan's ear like thousand bells ... how did he never thought that geet could be someone else's if not armaan ... Maan always thought geet was married to armaan and when that doubt was cleared it never occured to maan that there could be some other man in her life ... Then Sid must be karan's son ... how that thought killed him ... Karan is dead ... that is sad ... But what if geet still loved him ... what if geet is still living in his thoughts ? ... Will she ever accept him ? ... What was he thinking ... He has never expressed his feelings to him ... she has always treated him just like a frd ... but that Karan is not alive now does that mean he has a chance to win her ... Maan thought his thoughts were Devilis and selfish a gal has lost her husband it doesn't mean that she will accept another man in her life ... Knowing abt karan made everything more difficult for maan ...

Armaan and ridz were getting ready in their room to go to orphanage ... it was regular thing for them to do for past 7 years ... Karan , Armaan and geet would always visit Orphanage in chennai where children affected due to tsunami stay ... Karan always had a soft corner for those children ...Unfortunately Karan died In a bomb balst 4 years ago at kashmir ... Karan is also a doctor as armaan and was helping some ppl affected due to war in kashmir when he died ... since then Geet made it a point to visit Orphans and provide them all love that Karan would wish to share ...

ohk this chapter must be not that interesting but i was trying to give a lead to next chap ... next update might contain some impt stuff
