Nah, he isn't Kavya. Kavya's long dead but you never know with Ekta...Maybe Soham is Kavya but that's impossible to simply state as none of us know what's in Ekta's mind

i think that ekta changed the story and kavya and soham are actually same person.. i think that she had to change it because the show was losing its touch without kavya and anjali together and everyone probably convinced her also i think that nimmo story did not do as well as i think that ekta was thinking that is why she brought kavya back and , also one more thing kavya and anjali met the same way as anjali and soham met also . the scene where anjali puts her hand on the face because of the light...so in the end yeh i think that soham and kavya are the same person
