From the conversation with Mr.Parekh from his office, it seems Aham rushed home early, probably to share with her the news of the mandir in the tallest building of Rajkot, that he is constructing, and that he was putting Krishna idol there...off course he was disappointed she wasn't home to here the news, and now he needs to pick up the file he should have taken home with him, he told Mr. Parekh 10pm.
So I'm thinking when Urmila rings up Kokila that I'm not well, I would like Gopi to remain here with me for 2 or 3 days more, Kokila thinking of how busy Aham is and his dependency on Gopi, I felt she was unhappy that she was superseded by Gopi (previously Aham needed her to organise everything, now he is relying on Gopi), so Kokila will agree that Gopi should remain at Urmi's house, and she will convince herself it's a good thing as Aham is busy with a lot of work presently and it's better she is not at home to distract him. Aham will probably not be told, but he will carry on trying to ring her, especially as she got away to phone him and say she was coming home shortly, and hasn't turned up or he might even be told but as his out of the house at 10pm to pick up the file, he will stop at the CM and pick up Gopi on the way home, if Urmila argues he will point at his sister Kinjal and say to Urmi to ask Kinjal to do for her everything, as Gopi has responsibilities at home.
