Thanks for replies, I feel its quite a long time now with dimensions on television changing and content diversifying, What is the trend is what the viewers will adapt to now and the workman ship of the shows bring in terms of newer relative aspects, A break of 6 months and its return would have been ideal but it never saw that space due to whatever reasons as the article which first ran had hinted about taking a break .
When Bidaaii was running it grew in people and with the leap the show was seen a lot by loyal viewers who continued to watch the show and definatly at that time the show being successful in the 3 year period could have continued a little longer as the show gave great ratings, EVEN in the competitive world of shows airing during Nov 2010,
The same trend is still holding good for YRKKH as the people are watching even after 3 years of the show airing or even completing the 800 episodes how long it will go no one knows will they allow new shows to take its place if they need to no one knows,
SP makes its rules on the fly , TRP shows the performance of the show if thats the criteria then many shows are still going on with extensions or change of time slot and viewers are happy with it..
Again it rules down to Bidaaii got the bait when it was successfully running .. For the show to return it will take ages if they plan on since the funda of slot leadership is in vogue and they have no space to endure any changes as it is a competitive cut throat competition world of entertainment with shows wanting to give the best of teh best.
Also with teh way Bidaaii elevated with the leap people seeing maturity in the relastionship that will always be registered as now a days the content is more mature and people wish to see more interaction in a realistic way between the characters with which the performance of the individuals acting in the character shoes is gauged.
When Bidaaii will come its impossible to tell or is it needed as all the shows have pulled up their socks and the viewers are very sharp to easily see what they want .
And the concept holds a lot of value now , making a sequel with the same plot or same characters needed has to be a mark above the first one so it needs a lot of workmanship and valued to viewers any slip will be easily noticeable
Back again to my reason of opening of the topic. Yeah Sp was ruthless to have stopped Bidaaii when it could have been given more space and it was worthwhile as it was deserving with the way the loyal viewers aam janta liked the leap and its dimensions
The same aam jantha is liking another 3 year long running show so how far they go how will it complete and how SP will bring any new show this year as it always looks for variety and thats what viewers want is to be seen
