Modis fridge

I observed i think that when they show modis fridge in the kitchen at the side on the upper shelf always 3 oranges nd 2 apples are kept(which look like artificial)
and down to that 5 bottles...😆
How come always these two things always remain the same????😆

i really never noticed... I guess I will have to pay attendtion to my surounding instead of ahem... My eyes focus on ahem , sorry.
