Does really upper class have no values?

Hey,

I was wondering after seeing this serial that is it real that upper class has no respect for elders? Always in many serials and movies(India) they show that the elders have no say in the matter of their children....

Now take dadi for instance...Angad is going and inviting dadi!!!!!!!!!Vow, do we need to invite our own.....who is always with u....and even dadi's own son did never go to her place nor did any of the family members.....they all behave as if she is some one they know, rather a member of family....

As we know in traditional indian marriages, even the girls parents talk to elders...But damini...i think does'nt even knows that angad has dadi....Vow i think if these serials are watched by the people of some other countries, they will think that their respect for the parents is far more than that which Indian pretends to have, even if they all don't live in a joint family....!!!!!!!

It all depends on the family, I don't think it really has to do something wid being upper class. It's just used in movies alot. i agree that upper class kids r spoiled but that don't mean they don't have any values.

I don' t think its true, being from the upper class doesn't mean you don't have any morals or values. I depends on the way you have been brought up.

umm even in india..i dunt think its there man..like my family lives in india..like some of ma aunts et al..and they r quite well to do kinda ppl..umm but i dunt see them puttin down their servants et al..actually they treat them like family!!!! umm its jus in these fiction stories..but ye..i have this real 'big wheel' aunt who doesn't treat everyone wit respect jus caz shes got sum money!!!! 😛..shes n xception tho 😃
