Salim Chacha calls Kumkum and informs her that Sumeet is in danger as his passport has been taken over by his boss and he is virtually a captive now. Kumkum cannot sleep and later writes a note to the family informing that Sumeet is in danger. She then leaves for the consulate office. Kul and Dadaji also join her. A senior officer listens to their tale and takes a keen interest in the case. He calls up various places to know what's the matter. He promises that he will help them in possible way.
