The industry and the audience too prefers male centric movies... The actors are the ones who get the big moolah... No wonder we see so much disparity in their renumeration too...

The Khans can just sleep walk in some of their movies and those movies can still make 100 crores... The actresses dont have that liberty... They need movies with a strong script, good performances, a competent director and of course good promotion and publicity...

Madhuri and Sridevi were the last of the heroines who commanded a higher pay cheque compared to the actors and they were the last ones who could deliver blockbusters without a superstar opposite them...

Times have changed now and even someone like Katrina will find it hard to deliver a 100 crore movie without one of the superstars opposite her

Vidya's TDP came the closest to the 100 crore movies... But again not all Vidya movies end up to be such huge hits...TDP had the right mix of everything and that played a big role for it to gross 100 crores worldwide...

You already know the answer to it but I'll still quote 😛
Well, Katrina wasn't really "known" then.. and Vidya was already a "known" actress. I can assure you that if Katrina now would have to show as much skin as Vidya in a film (hopefully never)... the film will be a much bigger hit than TDP :)

Did I say she doesn't expose? I just said if she would expose as much as Vidya, now that she is a hit actress..

gaurav g kafi shaane ho topic ke naam pe bomb phodte ho .the minute i saw the Title i knew There would be mainly Vidya i was quite sure it would turn into Vidya vs Kareena like again par yahan tho mamla hi ulta hai its now Vidya vs Katrina 😆
