Maybe u didn't watch properly.Iccha didn't snatch taps baby.Taps herself left the baby in ashram n sme thief left the baby on road.Iccha listening the baby cry took the baby.

If Mai knows that the baby is alive, she will stop bugging iccha for a waaris...

that would be nice...and a real relief from this harping for Iccha to have a baby...

Don't think these both are same actresses. The first one (nurse) is an actress who plays lots of small (extra) parts in many serials. The actress who plays the mad woman is someone different. Think it is someone trying to fool Icha... another revenge on Icha story...phewww
OR it could just be that our CVs didnt bother to get the same actress to play this role. I am happy if this is the case. I want the secret of Icha n Veers son come out in open.
