Hey, so I just read the news about Shakti quitting D3.
Now, Im not sure if the new girl will be portraying Kria or a new character, but I hope she enters as Kria.
Before I get a whole bunch of "Whhaattt, how can you say that? You're not a fan of Shakti!!"

1. Shakti is leaving the show without even completing a year. She wasn't fully committed to it, because knowing Indian dramas, when you sign one on you should know they do go for a while and you need to be committed. If she wanted to pursue a further career in dance, she should not have taken up such a commitment. It looks as if she wanted the quick fame and money and now that she has it, she's further pursuing her education.
2. She didn't even acknowledge us enough to give a statement. Apparently, she's in New York already. Before leaving the least she could have done for her fans is issue a statement, and not leave everything to the news channels and production house.
3. Kria and Reyaansh's relationship is not at a crush stage. They can't just have Kria leave and bring in a new character (even for a little while) because that will ruin the relationship Kria and Rey shared and degrade it.
4. If Shakti was to come back as Kria, whose to say she won't leave the show again? She might see another opportunity in dance and leave again without thinking about the show and her fans the same way she did now.
Also, why is everyone planning on quitting watching the show? If not for Shakti, there are still Amar, Shantanu, Alisha, Sneha and the rest of the team. They don't deserve that.
