Ahh the scene that made me fall in love with this character amazingly well enacted by NB...starting with the way he barges in as if he is going to seek answers to questions that's been tormenting him for ages and the subsequent loss of vocabulary on her question about what he was doing there at that hour...I loved the way he nods to her question about his drunken state, there is honesty, guilt and defiance in that nod and the first things that he blurts out is why she ignored him that morning...it's so clear that this he is seeking that exclusivity that he had with her all those years ago for him she was his world and he always came first for her then so what was different now, why did she ignore him in preference to someone else that someone could have been anyone not necessarily Talli and hence the question
And then denying outright that she couldn't read those questions in his eyes,that she couldn't understand something was bothering him,she who always knew his needs before him saying,she who always defended him,she who was his 'kavaach' she who was his world was saying she didn't know what was tormenting him...how could he not explain , why his world fell apart when she ignored him, indeed what changed so much in last 10 years that their world was so different...'Kyun hamari duniya alag hai' a boy who was made to believe that he was her world, she was his was indeed finding difficult to believe that this was no longer true, and then comes the confession in my opinion even though he had not yet realized it but this was honest confession through inebriate mind..."har waqt har ghadi mere dimag main ghumati kyun rahati hai"...he was intoxicated she was not ...the words of MB all those years ago came true and what she does ...she chooses to ignore as that was the easiest thing for her to do, but so unfair to that boy who was always made to walk on the path laid out for him by so called well-wishers be it to follow in footsteps of his elder bro or fulfil the promise made by her irrespective of his wish or desires as he says in later episodes maitti ka putla jisne jaise chaha waise aakriti bana li...

Aww return of angry Kesuda, and boy what a poignant question…Muje Talli se isliye shhadi karni chahiye kyun ki tune ussse wada kiya tha….yay Kesu…first time someone dare question oh so mighty Gulaal and her right to decide what's good for every family member especially him…..
That feeling of betrayal when he saw the chunar on her protge (I refuse to take her name as she actually puts my brain on handbrakes thinking about her idiosyncrasy even after overhearing this conversation, her inability to understand simple truth even after his outright rejection beats me) only intensified his needs to seek answers to the question that started from her suggesting Dushy's name for surpanch elections….He who never saw himself alienated from her even all these years that he spent in self-exile he always considered himself as part of her and never in his wildest dream though of looking at other girls forget about marrying….even though he refused to accept he considered himself a married man and that's why when she mentions about marriage to Talli he vehemently denies saying main aisa soch bhi nahi sakta but questions her about her intentions as she wanted to put end to their so called relation by getting him to agree to this alliance that to for a promise that was made the moment he left for the hostel……
And Gulaal though caught up in web of her own making by promising Talli what she believed was hers to give away forgot that human who had their brains and heart in right place also had ability to think and feel for themselves, had right to choose and live on their terms and definitely deserved to make certain decision of their lives for themselves……
