Hi friends! this fic is about what happens when love exceeds it limits and becomes greater than life itself.It starts from the point of geet handa who is very lonely in life and seeks for her true love.The characters may turn grey at some times. Please bear with my attempt at this fic.

character sketch:

geet: a normal traditional girl who is very reserved and independent.she is afraid to trust people easily because of her past experiences.she is mysterious in some ways.Her character will be explored more in later stages.

maan: he is a charming guy .he is very intelligent and traditional at heart.he loves his dadima very much.

Part 1:

I will wait for you because I don't know how else I would survive in this world. You are my hope, my dream, my everything. But can you survive my love?

I am floating across the space when I saw him. My heart filled with warmth as he extended his hand towards me .I drifted to him immediately and I was in his arms. He cocooned me in his embrace shielding me from the world. I never want to move from here.

I heard the loud cheers and giggling. Looking down, I saw that my best friend's pinky and pammi were cheering me up. There are also other girls whom I dislike like sasha,tasha etc. They are staring at me open mouthed.

"Let's go!" I whispered. We floated along the meadows which were full of bright flowers. I forgot about everything living in the moment. Slowly, our feet touched the grass. I know we have time only till morning. "Don't leave me ever "I whispered."I love you" he kissed my forehead gently sending tingling all over my body. "promise me you will never leave me" I asked him. I was not able to see his eyes because I was laying my face on his chest. "I will never……" before he could finish the sentence I can hear someone screaming and everything faded out. Now the screams are louder. I opened my eyes slowly .One side of my heart was aching that he did not finish his promise as my mind was slowly gaining consciousness.

I heard my mom shouting from kitchen that I am getting late. I woke up reluctantly and went to bathroom.

Dreaming is the best thing in the world. You can be whatever you want and be with whomever you want. Your life will be according to your wishes. If there is a way to survive in this harsh world, it is only because I have the time to dream. At least in those few moments, I can get whatever I want.
