Natasha's role, which was earlier essayed by Kavita Kaushik, will now be played by Jennifer Winget (Sneha of Kausauti Zindagai Ki). Kavita reasons it, "I had taken up this role as it was a cameo then. Jennifer is very excited about her new role. "I play a high society rich girl who harbours feelings for Kunal but is hurt and aghast to know that Kunal has married Nimmo. However, she is ignorant about their contract marriage. Also, Kunal tries to reciprocate my love, " she elaborates.

On her experience of working with the Kya Hoga...team, Jennifer states, "It's been great. It's also been a very nostalgic trip, since I am working with Ejaz after a long time.Sanjeeda is a very sweet girl to work with."
