Iss possessiveness aur jealousy ko aakhir kya naam dena chahte hain aap?đ
Author's note: Arnav Singh Raizada is a guy after my own heart - Tough as nails at the outset, and squeezy soft inside. Banda thoda arrogant hai, but little bit of arrogance in a man does no harm. He is tad bit hotheaded but that makes him look that much hotter.
He has no clue how to sweet-talk a girl. At least we are sure he can never be a decent womanizer :-) Ah! His looks! How can I forget that when am talking about how much he is loved by us all? Tall and handsome he oozes confidence in every step he takes that is such an asset in any man.
Wait! When it comes to one woman, all his confidence goes out of the window.Khushi Kumari Gupta with her chirpiness has finally waltzed into his heart and has made him falter.
Though we have been getting an inkling of this for ages, we got to see it materialize in yesterday's episode. Even though we may have to wait a bit longer to watch them confess their feelings to each other, we can at least heave a sigh of relief that the makers have finally begun to address this issue.
Aapko farak kyon padta hai?
Arnav is struggling to come to terms with the way he feels about Khushi. He is still unable to come to grips with the fact that this annoying girl who usually turns into a spitfire whenever they meet, has become an integral part of his life. The guy who has gone out of his way to do something only for his sister, Anjali, so far, is subconsciously doing everything he can to see her happy. He is increasingly aware of every breath she takes, every smile of hers make his lips twitch with a hint of smile, which is so against his nature. He hears her every sigh, and suddenly his entire being hangs on any smallest of signs from her, which suggests that he is as important to her as she is to him.
Until now, Arnav believed that Khushi is here to stay and he could woo her at his whim. Little did he realize the intensity of his affections for her until the very moment he is forced to face the possibility of her death. It shakes him up to the point where, in his utter relief on seeing her alive, he throws caution to the winds and almost (unfortunately for us) confesses his love for her. When Khushi questions his concern for her, he is forced to take a step back and ponder on the depth of his emotions Khushi awakens in him.
Our dearest Nanhe (NK) is the haddi in the kabab, whose singular attention to Khushi is infuriating Arnav no end. I keep expecting him to take a swing at NK's head one of these days. Jealousy is a sure-shot indicator of how deep his feelings are for Khushi.
Khushi Kumari Gupta on the other hand is playing it safe by trying her level best to stay away from Arnav. No takraar, No Ikraar! Can't blame the poor girl for taking a step back whenever Arnav takes a step forward. Her fear is two-fold. While she is terrified of looking deep inside her heart to analyze her feelings for Arnav, she is even more scared of what his true feelings are for her.
Time and again, Arnav has contradicted himself with the mixed signals he has been sending out to her. He blows hot and cold, sometimes pushing her away with harshest of words and the other times, luring her in with his thoughtful actions. Tired of the push and pull game he keeps playing, she subconsciously pushes him to confess but the sheer dread of what she may have to hear is clearly visible in her eyes.
Arnav and Khushi, despite being aware of an undeniable bond that exists between them, are struggling to give it a name, which would forever tie them together. Love is such a beautiful word, but one has to go through a myriad of emotions to attain a bond worthy of it.
