o.k friends ...this is my first post here..i am bit confused about Rastogi's reactions for Sanjay...as a boss can he torches his employer like this...?what about his human rights and professional rights.?

why he is keep quite and taking insult all the time..?

. In here my country no one can treat a employer who work under them like this way...in private or government sector...we can go and complain to the laborer department and human right commission...

Sanjay has 10 years service and he is an accountant...I know this is story, but just ask what is the real situation in employer"s righst in India...?

that is the poor truth about our Asian countries...lot of people not aware about lows and rules and even knowing about it, they do not have strength to follow the lows for their protection... ..

sanjay knows everything ...agar uski job jaaati he to uske saath uski family bhi safar karegi bas ye nahi chata vo esliye chup he.he fill mujey dusra job milega hi nahi.

he also not take hi father advice.

Plus his brother's name is involved in corruption & it will be difficult to find a new job in this situation as the mind of the prospective employer might get biased against him...

Wahi toh & Ved doesn't understand that sanjay will have to face a lot of discrimination & distrust of the people... Same would happen to megha but here her friend is there to help so she can sail through these problems otherwise it is very difficult for megha as well to find a job.

yes megha find job easily but there survivor not easy for megha...all office people taunts always her😕
